I thought their pricing was reasonable for the number of windows that they cleaned. They were very prompt and showed up on the schedule they promised. They were also polite, neat, and I felt safe having them inside my house. They did a wonderful job and I was happy to sign up for their program.

They were able to complete all of the windows through the deal. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal and no troubles with scheduling. They were very quick and completed the work within about two hours. They did a very good job and I was satisfied with the work that they did.

There were no troubles with scheduling. He was able to provide me with a quote for the work over the phone and have it all applied through the deal. They came out and completed the work. They did what they said they were going to do and there were no problems.

Two gentlemen came and was very polite. They did a great job and worked talked about their game plan for cleaning the windows. Asked questions up front to ensure what my expectations were. They cleaned all windows and window tracks in the home. Over 21 windows in a two story home. They didn't disturb furniture that may have been in the way. Overall a great job. Very appreciative of company.

Professional, responsible, I just have too many windows!

My experience turned out fine. There were two people here doing the work. They were on time for the appointment and they did the work very quickly. They were very unobtrusive. They did a follow up to see if I wanted to more services.

Windows Genie (Josh & Adam) and their boss Peter have shown their best of professionalism and provided a very good service for all the three activities. Price seemed to be little high but quality of service was excellent, that gave me some peace of mind.

Excellent job cleaning the windows of my home. Would highly recommend them and I would definitely used them again. Very Professional and my windows look great.

Appt was for 9:30/10:00. Called and said they were running late would be there at 11:30. When arrived very apologetic and offered to clean sidewalk and front walk to compensate for late arrival. Thank you. Left the basketball hoop in front of the garage with debris under it, patio furniture not put back in place and one or two windows were streaky. But at the end of the day it was worth not having to undertake this project myself and everything looks much better.

Worked quickly and thoroughly. Very professional. Two-man crew. Took about two hours to do about 30 windows and six doors, and the pressure washing. Caused no disruption or damage.

They called me and we emailed back and forth. They asked if I needed my gutters cleaned and my driveway power washed and I asked for pricing info. They didn’t respond. So I sent another email asking about scheduling for the big deal and they called me to set it up. We have it scheduled for June.

Great Job overall, would recommend and use again in the future.

I purchased a groupon with this company for window washing. I contacted them to schedule and appointment, but they failed to show up for it. When I called them to ask where they were, they said they didn't have me on the book for today. We rescheduled, and they did show up for the second appointment. I decided to use this company again for pressure washing on my driveway, because they did do a good job on the windows. I scheduled an appointment, and for the second time, they did not show up for the appointment. I called again to ask about where they were, and they said that the schedule got mixed up, and that they said they would come out later, but they could not give me a time for when they could come.

I purchased a livingsocial deal for this company...it was my second deal with them. From the moment we contacted them Peter Cogan was rude. He was upset that we purchased another deal because we were not a new customer. NO WHERE ON THE LIVING SOCIAL DEAL DID IT INDICATE NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY. He strung us along until the deal's expiration and then sent his team to do the work, only to have them make an excuse why it couldn't be done and leave doing nothing at all. Unbelievable. He is incredibly unprofessional. Incredibly rude. No customer service skills at all. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE>

I emailed them about the work but in the end decided to take care of it myself.

The owner and I communicated exclusively by email. That doesn't bother me, but some people might expect an initial phone conversation when ironing out the details of the work to be completed. The deal I got was $99 for 20 windows. I actually had about 28 that needed to be cleaned. Those extra 8 windows cost an additional $72 (as they were "regular price"). That made my $99 deal not as great a deal as I was planning on, but still, cheaper than if I had paid full price. There apparently was a miscommunication regarding the time they were supposed to show up (I had 10:30 am, they had 11:30 am), but they were done with a previous job early and actually were able to come when I was expecting them anyway. Once they were here (a two man crew), they were very quiet and fast and the windows look great. They also cleaned out a gutter that had some debris blockage that was causing some problems. They were in and out in no time, and removed screens and cleaned some of the inside windows from the outside so I had minimal disruption in terms of having to move furniture and other items that were blocking full access to windows.

I wouldn't have them do it again. During the process of pressure washing, they broke one of the flower boxes' brackets on the front of the house. They didn't make any restitution. They were also careless on where they walked on the property - in flower beds, shrubs, etc. I was taken aback about that.

The Groupon listed items where we would receive additional charges, such as screens, but the additional costs were never charged. There was a follow-up survey and e-mail from the owner.

They said they don't work on weekends, so this deal will not work out.

They did a great job. They don't look overly professional but they clean windows and they do it fast. They charged us $169 for doing 25 windows; they did in and out. They also clean the window sills. They are very neat.

This provider told me that Angies List was to blame for the fact that there were 3 dates that I had listed for service to be provided but this provider advised me he could not complete the service until May something. So what...now I am out of 149.00 with nothing to show for it. I have requested a refund.

We used the big deal of 99 dollars for 100 square feet of pressure washing but we expanded the square footage area. They did a good job. It was an excellent, excellent job. My interaction with the provider was very good.

We should have responded with a review long ago, but we were quite disappointed in their responsiveness primarily. They changed the appointment date several times; we began to think they were not planning to show up. Price was good. We used the "special deal" to have our upstairs windows cleaned. They cleaned the windows inside and out but did not bother to even wipe off the window sill while they were on the ladder.
