Description of Work: Called for an estimate on interior painting and left a message on voice mail. Did not get a return call. Checked the company website and found that they have an option to schedule on-line for estimates. So I did this and received a call the next evening. The gentleman I spoke with was the franchise owner and he had me on speaker-phone which I found annoying. He began the conversation by asking me a series of questions, none of which were about painting. He wanted to know why I didn't list my address on the on-line request? How did I find his company? What are the most important qualities I look for in a painter? How soon do I want the job done? Have I checked on him in the BBB website? This guy was heavy on the marketing and I completely lost interest in hiring him.
