Tim and Joshua were great to work with. They told me when they were going to be here and they were right on time. We talked for a few mintues and they got right to work. While they were putting in my new LED landscape lighting system they removed my old halogen light system that was old and dangerous. When Tim was going over the system he added another light that he thought it needed at no extra charge what customer service could anyone ask for. He did this during the day and set every light just perfect. I could not wait until it was dark so I could see what they would look like. When I went outside I was blown away and so happy when my husband got home he thought they really made the house look great. I would use them and recommend them to everyone.

Tim was excellent. He provided a thorough consultation and spent a lot of time evaluating where the best light placement would. be. When it's time to install exterior lighting in my backyard he will be my first and only call. Highly recommend Tim and we are extremely pleased with the job he did, and how our home looks as a result.

The whole experience from beginning to end with Tim was GREAT. He helped us get beautiful results and kept within our budget. We sit right on the corner of two very dark streets and the house just pops now. I know the job was more challenging than Tim anticipated because of some issues with access via the crawlspace. He had to achieve some of the wiring the hard way and was there longer than expected but certainly didn't voice any complaints about it?he just dealt with it in his usual calm, generous way. I love it when a strong work ethic and a great customer service approach intersect in one person. When he says he'll be there if we need to change the automatic setting in the future, I know he means it. I'm guessing he'd be just as responsive to the non-incoming generating service requests as to any calls we may make to him in the future about expanding our lighting to the back yard or tree line.

We were really happy with Tim and his son. They came after work one night and set up the lights so we could see what they'd look like before committing. We LOVED the look of it. We are in Dilworth where homes are situated close to one another and we didn't want to blast ourselves or neighbors with too much illumination! The lights are nuanced, make the house look gorgeous and still serve the safety function...i.e., deterring burglars and allowing us to get safely up the stairs to the door without tripping!! We felt no sales pressure from Tim which can be the concern with in-home demos. The lights really sell themselves.

Originally I called Tim to ask if he could install a kit I purchased at Costco. He came out and looked at the kit and said that he could install but pointed out some system limitations with the kit that I purchased. He recommended lighting that he normally used and showed how it would look with a demonstration lighting. Once I saw this, I returned the Costco lighting kit and had Tim install. He made additional recommendations that really added to the overall night viewing of the house. He was prompt, professional and kept in mind I was trying to work within a certain budget. He did not try to sell me more than what I needed and followed up after the install to make sure that I was pleased with how the lighting looked. I would recommend Tim to anyone looking to do landscape and home illuminations.

Tim did it again! He fixed the lights that were out, but then he once again displayed his honestly and professionalism when we showed him the yard art. "It's brown", he said, "and it won't show up well at night." Once again, he said it's about the contrast, light and dark. "If it was white," he said, "It would show up great." Another contractor would have been happy to take our money for what we thought we wanted and been on their way. Tim Snyder is a pro's pro and we're glad to know him.

The best we have encountered in 20 years in this house. Above all, Tim Snyder is a lighting artist, a designer. It's not hard to slap a spotlight up a tree trunk or splash a bunch of lights up the front walls of a house, which is what you see everywhere. Tim understands the nuances of contrast and shadows, light and dark. He knew how to add depth and width to our property in ways we never dreamed of. When he came here, we had something entirely different in mind than what we wound up with. When it's time to sell this property, if it could be shown at night I would say Tim Snyder definitely added value.

Divine Lightscapes did an excellent job of lighting our home to improve the appearance at night. Customer service has always been outstanding, and it's obvious that the owner cares about his work and his clients. We had some trouble with hardware (through no fault of Divine Lightscapes) and the items were quickly replaced under warranty, at no charge. Calls with questions or requesting advice are always returned quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who wishes to enhance their home.

Tim Snyder was fantastic. He would come out to do night display, show you how it will actually look, set up everything before he did it. Once he did it, whenever you need him, a light blows up, a cable or a short or something he comes out no matter what. He comes out and fixes it. He’s just dependable, it’s unbelievable. That’s not really his job, if a light bulb breaks you can go out and buy that but he would come out and fix it. We get him a lot of business in the neighborhood, he would come out to fix stuffs like if there’s a defect in the product. He’s competitive with prices, dependable and very professional.

We found Tim and Divine Landscapes through Angies List and reached out to schedule a live demo. They arrived right on time and set up quickly with no problems at all. They took the time to show us a number of different scenarios with different angles and number of lights. We took a lot of pictures so we could view them later and discuss though we ended up just going with Tim's initial suggestion. We were able to schedule it almost exactly a week later and everything went great with no issues at all. We've already had a ton of compliments on how great it looks and when he was setting it up then people even stopped by to ask for his card. I would definitely recommend his services and will use him again.

Tim at Divine Lightscapes is great to work with. We wanted to upgrade the look to the front of our home with outdoor lighting. We had a desgin in mind. Tim showed up in the evening to do a demonstration of what that would look like. After showing us that look, Tim went to work to show us what he had in mind and we instantly loved it. We decided to move forward with Tim and and week later he came back in the evening to install the lights. Tim offers a quality product at a good price and has great ideas for design. He took the time to explain the benefits of the lights he uses and was very professional during the entire process. I would definetly reccomend Divine Lightscapes for lighting jobs.

Good service, sets and keeps appointments and will come to you. Small family owned business so there could be a time lag if they are busy but I would highly recommend them for outdoor lighting. They'll conduct a demo at your house to show you what the finished product will look lie before buying. Did an excellent job.

Tim Snyder, the owner, came to my property and reviewed options with me via live demos. He then returned and personally installed the new lighting in the locations I had selected. Everything went consistent with my expectation.

Tim was excellent. He returned my calls promptly and showed up when he said he would. During the week that the work was to be done we unfortunately had a snow storm that caused everything to shut down. Tim made alternate arrangements and came on Saturday to do the repair. The price was exactly what he quoted and he even replaced a few light bulbs that were burnt out. I would definitely use this company again.

Mr. Snyder and his son were great to work with. I scheduled an on-site lighting demonstration and was highly impressed at his ability to accentuate certain aspects of the home with temporary setups. I immediately made the decision to have the work done. He provided everything I needed to gain approval from my HOA and that was a big help! The time and level of detail he puts into his jobs is wonderful. I would highly recommend anyone looking for landscape lighting to utilize his services.

Serviceman responded very quickly to my call and request for service. I believe it was the very next day. I had a few landscape lights that were out, and one actually had been replaced the previous month and was shorting out off and on. The serviceman quickly assessed what the problem was, and fixed it within a few minutes. Serviceman was polite and pleasant to deal with...very professional and personable. The cost for the service call and equipment was very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again.

We had put off landscape lighting since moving in to our new home. We were going to be hosting a party and wondered if it would be possible to have the lighting installed within the week before the party took place. I called about 7 companies and only heard back from 3. Tim, with Divine Lightscapes was the only person who answered on my first call. He was able to set up a demo the following day and install the lighting 3 days later. We were blown away with his knowledge and affordable price. We couldn't be happier with the final product. He also has an impressive referral program. We HIGHLY recommend him!

It turned out good. They were very professional and had a good design. They got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The scheduling was very good.

Tim came out to the house and set up a outdoor lighting display. He reviewed how he would set up, what he felt looked the best and explained in detail the lights he would be using. After talking with 1 other company, it was easy, I awarded Divine the business. Tim and his son spend two late afternoons and evenings setting the system up. After he finished he spent time with my wife and I reviewing each light and making adjustments until we were 100% satisfied. The final product includes ground up lighting, lights in gutters to catch all of the gables, path lighting on side / back of house, lights to hi light the water fountain and lights in beds to hi light the fire pit. A outstanding job and we are both very happen with the finished product. Give Tim a call, you will not be disappointed.

We called Tim for an estimate a few weeks ago and he scheduled an evening to come demo some lights. Unfortunately due to some extremely heavy rain he had to rescheduled. However, his communication was excellent and we were able to reschedule the following week. Tim showed up early to our appointment and had installed a lighting demo, which essentially shows you the various options for your house. His passion for what he does really came out, as he was very concerned about the perfect setup and artistry of the lights, never trying to sell us more than we needed. We even inquired about some other tree lights that another provider had shown us - Tim explained why he didn't think we needed them and why he thought it detracted from the layout. Basically he wasn't just trying to sell us more lights, he was trying to do the best job possible for that house. We decided to go with Tim, his price was excellent and we agreed with his creative vision. Come install day UPS was late delivering some of our equipment, and Tim offered to either reschedule or work later in the evening. We were unable to reschedule so Tim agreed to work later that evening. He and his son came at 5 and worked until 9 PM in the cold, working with us to make sure that every light was adjusted to perfection and our specification. Finally, he realized that the house would look better with one extra light and Tim threw in that light for free. We offered to pay and he wouldn't accept! Overall a wonderful experience and a great guy. We can't recommend him enough.
