We called on Tuesday and on Wednesday Shawn arrived. He was on time, professional, and fixed all of our issues in a short amount of time. I would call them again.

Arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Reviewed the current locks and made suggestions for a lockset on a french door. Went to work quickly and worked efficiently to complete all of the changes. One deadbolt was into concrete and he replaced the deadbolt and improved the current locking situation.

Shawn was fantastic. He handled the job quickly and was thorough and extremely professional. I asked about moving the combo lock to another door, but when I explained why, Shawn provided me with a much cheaper alternative, which was fantastic. I would use their company again without hesitation.

Shawn is the Locksmith who came to my home to to perform the job I requested. He was very professional and did a very through job. He brought an Apprentice with him and while he was nice enough.........he asked too many personal questions about my home and my personal belongings. This made me feel uncomfortable. If I had any constructive criticism, it would be for this company to train their new personell on the proper etiquette when dealing with Customers in their homes. They should be there to do the job, be friendly enough..........and promtly leave when they are complete. Otherwise, I have no other complaints.

On the call, Shawn provided very helpful cost-saving advice regarding my service request. Shawn completed the work efficiently and took GREAT CARE with the copper stripping on the doors and the original, elaborate lock mechanisms which had been installed by the original owners. The finished job was just as I had requested. My family was extremely pleased with the work and the service. We would definitely contact Shawn again.

Called for service. Set a date. The technician got tied up on an earlier job and could not make our scheduled appointment. We rescheduled for the next morning first thing. it took ten minutes to fix and only charged for the service call which I felt was more than fair. When the technician called to reschedule he called in plenty of time so my afternoon wasn't wasted ...he was most apologetic

The work was completed as promised since parts had to be ordered. I did not realize I needed to ask for the Senior discount. Never the less I felt the price was fair. I would use this provider again.

Shawn promptly answered my call and set up an appointment time that was workable to both of us. He called prior to coming to make sure someone was there. He made a confirmation phone call on Tuesday & was at our home at the appointed time Wednesday morning, performed the work we needed. He was courteous & professional....we would definitely use this service provider again & recommend to others.

Shawn was extremely understanding of the urgent need for his service and willingly came to the house on a Friday evening, within a mere 45 minutes from my call!
