Description of Work: Shawn replaced an entry lockset and two deadbolts and handles on two other doors. He keyed them all to one key. He actually had to go to Lowes before coming to the house to pick up the right hardware. The price included most of the hardware and all the labor, but he didn't even charge me for going to Lowes! He was very professional and did a perfect job. Plus, all this was done the same day I made the initial call! Fantastic company-- I can't praise them enough.

Description of Work: Sean was very prompt and helpful. We were in need of an install for a keypad deadbolt and a door handle. Unfortunately the deadbolt we purchased was not working, he did reinstall the old deadbolt (which was removed). We did incur a service charge which is unfortunate as we will likely have to pay for another one when the new lock arrives.

Description of Work: Called on Sunday morning to re-key four doors in new house. Shawn arrived within a couple of hours. He was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions, worked with us to resolve some unusual conditions on some of the older doors on the house. + -1 moreSean and his other locksmith called before they came out as we had planned. They fixed all the doors I needed done, fixed up some extra where the bottom handle wasn't catching on some older doors and left me with 3 secure entrances and a set of keys that fits them all. Excellent service
