They were investigating to see if I had a problem with the GCFI outlets. Turned out that I did not, but they were thorough in the investigation and clear in their explanations.

The experience was very simple and cost effective. I am satisfied with my services thus far.

Quickly diagnosed a short tripping the GFCI outlet in my garage. Installed a new outlet for the garage refrigerator. Total cost $550. Paid for my education and turned a lemon into lemonade.

Very prompt,very polite, organized. Did everything to our expectations. Attentive to detail, cleaned after theirselves. Protected our home and items by protecting things and keeping feet covered. Came when they said they would. Sent a text with a picture, name and bio so you know who you were to expect to arrive.

In my initial e-mail they stated "We charge $69 for the dispatch fee and then the tech will discuss the pricing on fixing the issue." He quickly assessed and fixed the problem, then began telling me about all of the things he wouldn't charge for. I was charged $99 in addition to the dispatch fee. I complained and he said he would see if he could get the dispatch fee waived. They wouldn't waive it but reduced it. He wasn't in my house more than 30 minutes, didn't use any materials (I even loaned him a ladder so he wouldn't have to go back and get one), and he did not tell me about additional charges until he fixed the problem. He continued to tell me about all the discounts he would give if I had him come to replace the fixtures. This reminded me of the stereotypical bad salesman who lures you in at one price then adds on a lot of unneeded charges. I expected him to be up front about potential costs but was surprised by his 'assessment' fee. I won't recommend them nor use them again.

Wes was neat and on time. My only quibble was this really required 2 people to complete so I had to help.

Guys were generally on time and did good work. Some issues understanding inspection requirements. Front office started out responsive but have become less so dealing with inspection issues.

They did a fantastic job i would recommend them to anyone.

Our appointment was easy to schedule. The electrician, Wesley, kept us advised about his arrival time. He quickly assessed the job, completed it efficiently and charged a fair price. I would definitely call CMC back for other electrical work.

Customer Support was very efficient, Justin,the tech, was very patient and explained what needed to be done. He arrived on time and completed the work on time. So far I am happy with the quality of work.

They don't give free estimates. I had to pay 190+ for them to diagnose my problem then another 50 to repair. Overpriced.

So definitely recommend to anyone. Made appointment for estimate to have two ceiling fans installed in rooms that didn’t currently have overhead lighting. The guy that came was on time explained everything and was ready to do the work same day. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because it was a little more expensive then I originally planned on spending however the fact that they give you and estimate and are willing to go to work right then was worth the extra money Will definitely hire them again if I need electrical work done

The CMC Electric service rep was very courteous and professional. We noted one problem where the remote from one fan would also work the fan in the other room. The service rep figured out the problem (toggle switch settings in fan & remote) and solved the problem. Fans work and look great. Highly recommend these guys.
