Description of Work: Had our bedroom and den carpets cleaned as well as a hall runner. Our technician was very nice. We felt he did a good job. He was able to get some pet stains up that a previous carpet cleaner had not been able to.

Description of Work: They came and cleaned the living room, downstairs hallway, stairway, and the upstairs hallway carpets. Two people came to do the work. It took about two and a half hours. They left the area very clean. I was pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Cleaned the carpets for three empty bedrooms approximately 700 sq ft plus hallway and stairs. The substitute tech was very professional and courteous. The original tech did not make the Sat. appointment, but the office confirmed the substitue for a later time on the original scheduled day which was convenient for me.
