This unique carpet cleaning system produces superior results, making it an excellent choice for soiled carpets. Traditional steam carpet cleaning injects chemicals, soaps, and detergent mixed with unheated water into your carpet. This soaks your carpets, pads and backing. Afterward, a considerable amount of the mixture resides in your carpet. Carpet fibers become laced with detergent, compelling dirt and other substances to stick. These common practices do not serve the purpose you might have had in mind. The Zerorez carpet cleaning system does not use soaps, harsh detergents, or shampoos to clean. Instead, it uses a revolutionary, non-toxic, and water-based carpet cleaning agent called “Powered Water”, which cleans better than soap without leaving a sticky chemical residue behind.

Description of Work: We loved the way our carpets looked and smelled after it was cleaned by Zerorez as there was no chemical smell. The carpets were not overly wet and actually dried very quickly. We have them coming back to clean the carpets before the Holidays! I would like their empowered water in a spray bottle for in between cleanings.

I HEARD OF ZEROREZ FROM WBT AND ALSO FROM A FRIEND. OUR ZEROREZ CARPET CLEANER ("DAVID") WAS AWESOME, AND THE JOB HE PERFORMED WAS EXCELLENT. HE WAS ON TIME, EFFICIENT, PERSONABLE AND FAST. THE CARPETS LOOKED COMPLETELY NEW AFTER HE FINISHED. THE PRICE IS EXCELLENT, THE QUALITY IS UNSURPASSED. I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THE OTHER CUSTOMER IS TALKING ABOUT WHEN REFERRING TO "FOUL" ODORS. THE ORANGE SPRAY IS CITRUS AND NICE, BUT YOU ONLY SMELL IT WHEN IT IS BEING APPLIED, AND IF YOU ARE STANDING IN THE SAME ROOM. (IT DOESNT WAFT THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE, ALTHOUGH I WISH IT DID.) AFTER THE CARPETS ARE CLEANED, THE CARPETS HAVE NO ODOR, WHATSOEVER. THEY SMELL... CLEAN. ALSO, THEY DIDNT FEEL WET (LIKE FROM A SHAMPOO) OR LEAVE ANY SPOTS WHERE THE CARPETS LOOKED DAMAGED. A FELLOW NAMED "DAVID" CLEANED BOTH HOUSES. WORK WAS COMPLETED IN ABOUT AN HOUR. (90 MINUTES?) I THINK... DIDNT SEEM LONG AT ALL. THE PRICE ON THE NEW HOUSE WAS $198 BECAUSE WE REQUESTED A "MOLD PROTECTANT." ON THE OLD HOUSE, THE PRICE WAS $99, BUT THERE WAS NO HALLWAY TO BE COMPLETED, SO THE PRICE WAS LOWER. CARPETS TOOK ABOUT 2 HOURS TO DRY AND HAD NO ODOR OR CHEMICAL SMELL AT ALL.
