The customer service provided by the entire Wilcox team was exceptional. They were all professional and knowledgable. The installation of the system was minimally invasive or disruptive to the lawn and the finish work and cleanup standards were extremely well done. I have not just given a 5 star rating to Wilcox Brothers, they EARNED a 5 star rating.

I had reviewed some feedback online that had me concerned about the level of customer service that I might receive as a result of using their service. I called them and candidly shared my concerns with them and they listened to my concerns. After hearing about their process and record of customer service I was convinced to give them a try. They were very good about answering my questions timely and our install was scheduled within a week. They showed up with a team of professionals that got to work right away and they did quality work. I recommend their work for newly installed irrigation systems.

Great Service, howed up on time, fixed my system. Parts (Control box) were a little pricier than I expected.

We were happy with Wilcox Brothers from the time the sales Rep. walked into our home. The first thing he did was take off his shoes,then he told us a little about his company. Then we went out to our back yard where we were having the work done. after looking over our needs we came inside to talk about pricing,which was very fair. It was so good we had them to change out our sprinkler heads on the front and sides, which was about six years old. After the job was finished they explained everything they had done and we tried out the whole system. GREAT JOB!

Excellent experience. They were not the best price of the several I got quotes from but were the most courteous and punctual. Once my meter was placed by the city, I made an appointment the next week for installation and the installation was completed in 1 day! I had a head go bad the next week or I would have rated 5 for quality. Remember you get what you pay for. This is a very professional company.
