Ryan was courteous as he arrived exactly on time Monday AM. He identified the problem and quoted me a price to replace the timer. Once completed he check all zones and sprinkler heads to ensure that they all worked (had to fix 2). I would highly recommend them in the future.

Brandon even washed the mud off the curb where they dug up and replaced a sprinkler head. He went beyond the expectation, great job!

Very Professional! Prompt service with installation and with follow-up questions. Customer service is prompt in returning calls. Work crew was very accommodating and thorough. My 1/2 star reduction on quality of work was because the young (I think newer) worker inadvertently cut our TW cable line. They did splice it and TW has since replaced the cable and retrenched it. It was a small incident and easily corrected without any expense to me. Just be sure ALL lines are marked before they start trenching. I still think very highly of this company and will be enthusiastic in recommending them.

They were prompt, polite, hard working and came back right away when I called for a minor adjustment.

I hired them for servicing sprinkler sys. 2Guys came ontime, checked all heads. One of the heads need replacement. Without even asking one of the guys told me cost of head is $18. I liked that. I agreed to that price. One guy replaced the header in 10 mins. Everything was ok. Then they hand over the invoice. for $75+$60+$18=$153. I was zapped. $60 was for labor to replace head @ of $120 / hr. min for 1/2 hr. The issue I have is when we were discussing head replacement the technician told me the price of the head proactively but not the labor cost. Because whole idea was robbing me Be careful

They are trustworthy and punctual.

I hired them and they did have experience working with the type of sprinkler system I have installed; however, they did not have a specific part that was needed which will require a return visit AND an additional charge. Nice folks, the receptionist was super nice and the technicians were friendly and appeared to be knowledgeable. But I would have appreciated if they had everything on the initial work trip.

Every individual I spoke with regarding this company from the office personnel to the employees who completed the work were all professional. When the service technicians arrived they accessed the problem and completed the project quickly.
