He gave us a bid on two things, and we had him do one of them. He's very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable. In addition, his price seemed pretty good. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Bizzzy Bee was able to do the work for me on very short notice and at a reasonable price. All work was done professionally and the technician they sent was a pleasure to work with. He arrived at the scheduled time and once we had walked down the work, started right into it. When all the work was done, he cleaned up any trash/debris in those areas. I would definitely use them again.

Vince and his team are extremely professional and a joy to work with. Vince spent some time with me going over the initial inspection report. He gave me honest answers and suggestions as to how to address these issues or in some cases he even recommended no work was necessary. As we walked through the house and our yard he also pointed out any safety hazards (which is something I really appreciated as I have two young boys). His team performed this inital work quickly and efficiently and right on budget. When a drainage problem arose I called Vince to have a look at our problem. It landed up being quite a task because of the original pipes and design but Vince's team stuck with it (even during some nasty weather!!) and got the job done. During this work they also made some changes and improvements to our existing drainage system. Overall, very satisfied with the work of all the Bizzzy Bees crew - including Vince, his family and all his crew. Wouldn't hestitate to recommend them to others and will definitely use them again in the future.

They were all very courteous and responsive. The workmanship of the repairs was excellent. I was initially concerned about the cost. The hourly rate seemed a bit high but in retrospect I believe it was fair for the quality of work and customer service I received. I had a very tight deadline to meet and they worked my job into their schedule to meet it for me. I am very pleased with the results.

Bizzzy Bee did a great job. I had an entry door and storm door replaced and then then external entry molding painted. The gentleman who came to do the work was excellent. He informed me that he noticed wood rot in the frame of my door and told me that he would not paint over that because it needed to be fixed. He installed a custom metal cap over the door tying it into the siding on my house to prevent future water getting into the door frame and then replaced the rotted section. He really did a good job and was very meticulous. Another guy came out to paint the entry system and replace a board on my deck. I informed Vinny of some caulking that needed to be done on the interior molding from the external door replacement and someone was at my house the next day at 6:45 am to take care of it. I would recommend Bizzzy Bee.

Vince's sister answered the call on a Saturday and was very professional. She promised Vince would call back the same day to arrange for an appointment to view the property and he did. Both were extremely professional. One of Vince's workers, Patrick, showed up on time and was also very professional, took pictures of the wood that needed to be replaced, etc. Ultimately, the team felt that the job was too big and that we are better off with contacting a general contractor. They provided two referrals of people they have referred to previously and let me know that they have had good experience with them in the past. I appreciated the courtesy and professionalism shown, especially when the company didn't feel comfortable tackling the job.

I contacted 3 handyman services found on Angie's List by email, at the same time, giving all the exact information about what I needed done to prepare my house for sale and providing my contact information and timeline for getting the work done. Vince Curcio, owner of The Bizzzy Bee, was the first to respond and did so within an hour of being contacted. The others took at least a day or two to respond. By that time Vince had visited me at my house to go over what I believed needed to be done. My real estate agent had recommended painting over the existing colors and custom paint treatments in order to make the house more sellable. While that would have cost a few thousand dollars, Vince advised AGAINST doing that, as he felt the house would be found quite attractive by at least some buyers just as it was. Talk about professionalism! He actually minimized my cost at the expense of his revenue by looking out for my best interests. He offered, of course, to do the work if the house didn't sell quickly due to the paint colors, and said he'd provide a competitive quote and get the job done quickly if that became necessary. He provided a prompt, detailed and reasonably priced quote for doing the other work, and a limited amount of painting, and showed the factors that went into his pricing and the range of what I could expect the final cost to be. The work was scheduled, and commenced promptly and on-time. I found his crew members to be courteous, respectful of the property, and diligent in getting the work done in the most efficient manner possible, thus keeping the cost to the low end of his quoted range. They kept more than one part of the work going at a time, and wrapped up after only a few days having done quality work and left their work areas clean and me completely satisfied. An acceptable offer was made on the house within 2 weeks of it being on the market, with the buyers having no problem with the paint colors or custom treatments. Upon professional home inspection shortly afterward, a list of about a dozen minor discrepancies was given to me to have addressed. I forwarded the list to Vince on a Thursday afternoon, and the work was scheduled and completed the following Tuesday by mid-afternoon, by 4 members of his crew showing the same qualities previously mentioned, resulting in a pleasingly low invoice amount and thorough documentation of the work done for me to give to the buyer. The Bizzzy Bee did great work at an affordable price and on-time. I am especially grateful for the money I saved based on Vince's honest advice, which helped make my net income on the sale of my house much greater than I initially expected.

Vince and Dianne were great to work with--they were very responsive and excellent in communicating timeframes, status, estimates, specific knowledge about the jobs, etc. I felt that I was dealing with a very professional and organized team--quite different from many other handyman services! All work was performed to specifications and very high quality. It was a really nice experience to work with them, and if I were not moving away from Charlotte, they would be my permanent "go to" handyman service for anything I needed done around the house! Highly recommend.

I hired this guy to fish 5.1 surround sound speaker wires through the wall, mount TV & speakers on the wall. His work is the sloppiest work I have ever seen! The subcontractor took over 9 hours and only did 2/3 of the work. Let alone patch the drywall cut-out and paint the patch work. Had to fire him mid way, else he would have raked up well over 1000 bucks for this job. He didn't cover the furniture or equipment, causing drywall dust all over the place, leaving me to do all the cleanup. I had used this guy, based on a few of the positive experiences on previous work I had hired him, but after this, I would not recommend or hire him again.

They did a pretty decent job on the bathroom.

The man came out first thing in the morning and took care of the problem promptly. The charge was just the usual service charge. I was very happy.

They were great, they did great work, gave great quotes, and did an excellent job.

The first person to arrive did an excellent job. Brian was a very neat person and his caulking job was so professional. He even found places throughout the house that he saw needed a new strip of caulk and performed those services also. He had to leave early so the company was able to get someone else to come to my house to finish the inside work on a Saturday morning. Patrick was also very neat and did an excellent job. The person sent to do the outside caulking was very friendly also but I'm not really able to assess the job he did because of the height of some of the windows and doorways, but during a rain, one of the windows we had been having a problem with did start leaking again. My husband went back outside and did some more caulking around that particular window, so I guess we'll have to wait and see for the next rain storm to see if that did the trick. Overall I was very happy with the job done and will consider using them again in the future.

The crew did an excellent job. They arrived on schedule, assessed the work that was needed and provided an estimate. I accepted the proposal and the work was completed. Every aspect of the job was handled in a very professional manner!

Vince was responsive and thorough and provided the explanation I needed to follow through with the builder.

I own and self manage my Charlotte rental property from California and Vince got me out of a mess left behind by a previous contractor. The previous contractor had caused more damage than they fixed and they left some dangerous hazards that could have gotten me into some liability issues, as well as potentially causing harm to my tenants children. Vince was very responsive in taking care of the hazards right away. The remainder of the work did take longer than initially expected to complete, but that was only because my tenants are both teachers and one is a nighttime highschool coach so coordinating a time to meet was very challanging..especially between holidays. He worked with my tenants every step of the way to find a time that worked for them and I commend him for that. I had a shorter list of items when we started, but he also took the time to look around while he was there and to point out some other minor things that should be fixed. He also did not automatically push me towards more expensive replacements when fixes could be made. Nor did he recommend fixes that did not make sense compared to the price of replacments. Overall I am very satisfied with the entire interaction, proffesionalism and work performed by this company and they will be my first choice goto service in the future. It is very important to have someone you can trust like Vince when renting your home from accross the country. You could probably initially save a few bucks hiring a handyman from a "friend" but I have done that a few times, and they have ultimately cost me more money one way or the other. For proffessional, licensed work, Vince is definately a great guy / company to call and he will stand behind his work. I can speak from experience when I say you will ultimately pay a licensed crew to cleanup the problems caused by the discount guys and friend recommendations so save yourself the headache and hire someone that can do the job right the first time

Patrick worked very quickly, very efficiently, supplied the materials for patching two holes in drywall.

Vinny gave me a reasonable quote on the things I knew needed fixing. He suggested other things that needed attention and saved me money in the long run by catching rot before it got worse. Diane made me you feel like part of the family when I called initially for a quote and Vinny furthered that feeling by calling my attention to problem areas. The workmen were professional, considerate and hard working. Rainy weather delayed the work but it was finished with good workmanship as the weather allowed.
