We had a great experience with Valiant Roofing. Patrick came out to our home and gave us an estimate and then a day or so later we learned that the estimate did not include a small portion of the roof. However, Craig honored the initial estimate. We also had a unique circumstance with financing and Sara went above and beyond to make sure things went through smoothly. The crew was very efficient and was able to finish in a timely manner. They did a good job cleaning up but we did find some stray nails in the driveway that we located before causing any tire damage. All in all, I would highly recommend this company for all of your roofing needs.

Great company, they did a great job on the roof. The one area I suggest for improvement is how well the site surveyor is trained to provide an accurate quote. My pricing changed twice due to the site surveyor not fully understanding the work involved to complete what he was quoting. That being said, this is a company that is very customer-focused and provides excellent results with the quality of work and customer service. Highly recommended.

Aaron and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The job was delayed because of many rainy days, but once they got to work they finished the job in a single day! I highly recommend them and have plans for them to come back and repair and replace the interior popcorn ceilings and water damage caused by the previous roof leaking. Again, it was a pleasure working with them and I look forward to working with them again.

We collected bids from a few companies before we decided to proceed with Valiant Roofing. Frankly, once we met Craig R********** we did not even want to deal with any other company. However, that's who I am. I must evaluate bids before I make decision. Some prices were better, some were about the same, but no other company and no other representative took the patience to educate me on what type of roof would work best for my home and for my needs. To me, Craig makes an immediate friend you can trust. Additionally, Valiant Roofing works with products that other companies do not. We ended up installing radiant barrier to improve the performance of our roof and our home. And we now have a fabulous sky-light in guest bathroom, not only to add the light in the bathroom but over a very dark flight of stairs. Great ideas, incredible implementation. I strongly recommend Valiant Roofing to all my friends and family. I must also add that Craig was with his team through the whole project. He personally made sure we were happy with what we were getting, no less impressive to me was how Craig treats his team-with respect and kindness. Great company. I strongly recommend. Thank you.

We are beyond pleased with the excellent work that was done on our full asphalt roofing replacement. The workers were excellent, they cleaned up before they left and a nail couldnâ t be found anywhere. They arrived early in the morning and were done by the end of the day. Aaron was our Salesman/Project Manager, when he finished the initial presentation all our questions were answered. During the course of the roofing replacement, Aaron checked with us several times to make sure we were happy with the work that was being done and if we had any concerns. We felt no pressure in using his company. Aaron was a true professional. We highly recommend Valiant Roofing, you wonâ t be disappointed.

Valiant's Mr. Richards came to our home to look at our re-roofing project and to provide an estimate. He was professional, experienced, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions, showed us samples of the material to be used and explained the multiple steps Valiant would use to install our roof. We particularly appreciated being offered several features and materials that improve the energy efficiency of our new roof. We had three other contractors look at our project and after considering all inputs, we selected Valiant. Once the contract was signed, Valiant was able to start and complete our roofing project within a matter of days. The crew that performed the work was efficient, diligent and pleasant. They took good care to protect our property, including draping shrubbery to shield from old shingles being stripped from the roof. After the roof was installed, the crew policed up the area around our home to remove debris, especially nails. After the installation was completed, Mr. Richards returned to look over the project and to determine if we were satisfied with the result, which we definitely were. We would wholeheartedly recommend Valiant Roofing for anyone needing a professional, reputable and competent roofing company for any roofing project.
