Took a few days to schedule due to their workload. Work was done the day scheduled and satisfactorily completed the same day.

TC came to my house to evaluate. He gave us a no BS recommendation and a good price for a new furnace. We stayed with our current company for a new unit, but I would say TC is on my short list and do recommend.

We needed an emergency repair to our furnace to get heat. Travis and team were able to get us up and running quickly. When we decided to replace our 22 year old HVAC system, they were extremely competitive and completed the work in a timely, professional manner. We're very happy with the service from managers, to installers to office...everyone is super friendly and responsive. They even came back out to light our hot water heater pilot light after I had trouble getting it going. A++

Great! They were punctual, clean, and professional. They even provided us with a temporary unit until they could do the work. This was durring a major heat wave and other companies were also booking weeks out but did not offer to do anything for us to help stay comfortable until the work coudl be done.

We selected Travis over all other vendors (over 5 other quotes) because he had one of the best prices and he was professional, yet approachable. He took his time to do the job right and did not rush in anyway. We appreciated his workmanship to ensure the new system in our crawl space was laid-out even better than before. His crew even did a courtesy check of our other cooling units to make sure their levels were good, and they were. We were referred to Travis by neighbor friends initially and are so happy we went with him.

He was on time for the assessment. We talked about the options of replacing the damaged ductwork and continuing to run my current aging package unit or replacing with a new mini-split. I explained system replacement just wasn't in the finances for me right now. He agreed to get back with me on a price for the ductwork repair that day. I did not hear back from him. I called at the end of the week to find out if an estimate had been obtained. His assistant told me he had been extremely busy, but would get it to me on Monday. Monday has come and gone along with most of the rest of the week. Still no response. I will not be using this company for any of my future HVAC needs.

He was very affordable. He did exactly what he was supposed to do and examined my property thoroughly to ensure everything was set up properly.

A professional and experienced crew showed up in a clean truck, did the work efficiently and in less than a day. Took the time to answer my questionas and explain the new unit to me. Travis himself came by to inspect and make sure I was satisfied. Final price was exactly as quoted - no add on's. The furnace room developed a very small gas leak afterward. When I called Travis to report it, he had a technician there at night in 20 minutes, who promptly fixed it, at no charge. I'll use them again!

Reached out to Travis Crawford Heating and Cooling regarding the AC isssue. Within 24 hours a technician showed up at the house and quickly went to work on repairing the problem. After the work was complete, the technician spent time with me to help me understand the issue and then went on to educate me on all the recent EPA changes and what impact they will have on the the existing systems I have. Very knowledable, professional, personable and effecient. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know and feel confident they they will have the same experience I did.
