From start to finish the process was exceptional. The pricing is excellent. The installers were awesome. They came on time they were very polite and courteous they cleaned everything after they were done. I just can t say enough good things about this company and their employees I would highly recommend them to anybody.

This was by far the best experience with home services I have had. Every detail from beginning to end has exceeded expectations and my home has never looked better. They have completely changed the look and feel to modernize my home.

Chasity was great. Didn't try to upsell us and got us exactly what we needed! Mike the installer was informative, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

My windows dangerously defect and Greg Holmes refuses to replace and/or compensate me. The windows take two adults people to open. My 8-year son cannot open these windows. After 4 service calls, he refuses to replace them. I received a letter followed by a phone call from the manufacturer verifying the defect and offering more service calls. Then, a letter from his attorney refusing to compensation and/or replacement of the verified defective product. Mr. Holmes has been paid $7500 in full. So he refused to negotiate. Mr. Holmes did not show up on install day, like he promised. Mr. Holmes called demanding to be paid in full refusing a receipt, telling me the estimate is my receipt, and argued with me for 20 mins over it. I refused payment several times and he gave in and sent a receipt. I now see why. Unfortunately my father was tragically killed 3 days before install and was unable to inspect them. Instead of postponing to grieve and plan I went through with the install. I feel like an idiot. My old windows work better them these defective windows. I am forced to take legal actions.

the technician (Jason) did an excellent job, arrived on time and cleaned up after the job beautifully. I would recommend this company to anyone needing window replacement.

great windows made my house look great very happy with install and service. I checked with 3 other companies greg had the better price and windows, just wish my pictures were posted online and I had gotten a sign to go in my yard

This was a great company to work with from beginning to end. The owner, Greg, worked directly with me every step of the way, and his team replaced all my windows in less than a single work day. His team worked quickly and left no trace when they were done. Afterward, I found a small caulking issue, which is common, and Greg had his crew lead come by the next day to correct it. Overall, an excellent experience.

Gregg from the Window Source was great to deal with. Excellent quality windows. Would recommend highly. Installation company could have been better prepared and equipped. Called them back to do minor corrections on molding and details. Have never returned my calls. (Shope Construction was the sub contractor used for installation.)

Greg is such an honest person. I can't even say he is a salesman. He told me what I could use and showed me what I can get better than I needed. I'm a Honda Service Advisor and Greg did not sell me anything I didn't need, and his customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Enough about Greg, now I got to give a shout out to Brandon Vincent from SHOPE CONSTRUCTION INC. What an amazing crew for installations. From start to finish Greg and his installers were AMAZING.
