Owner operated, we use subcontractors from time to time, we do give a discount to Angie's members, and we try definitely hard to give good service for these members, who identify themselves as Angie's members and realize we are the experts in our field, trying to solve their problems with the best quality of service if patience is shown. We appreciate knowledgeable Angie members an their questions, as long as the questions pertain to the repair and not some idea that has been passed along by a member or sosmeone else.
