Very disappointed, they came in and did a good job regrouting, but they did not seal or treat the stone for stains that I originally called them to do. Unfortunately I paid them before the grout was set so I did not know the other work had not been done. Iâ  ve called them 3 times and heard nothing back. Just crickets.

Project involved replacing two cabinet drawer boxes which were missing when home purchased. Initial contact and follow-up were timely and replacement drawer quality was excellent. Warren was friendly and professional.

A great experience with Groutsmith repairing the grout in the master bathroom, cleaning it and sealing it. The bath looks fantastic now.

There was a communication issue resulting in scheduling change, but a few days later the job was completed to our satisfaction The tub and shower both look great!

Groutsmtith Charlotte sounded like my best option. Very responsive too. Then the work to clean the master bath tiles and caulk and color seal grout lines in shower and floor happened. The first time around work was not neat and the grout lines were uneven and sloppy and sealer was missed in various areas. I had to call W.S. and send so many pictures. One week later the same worker Brandon came back out. I was courteous and pointed out the issues. After 5 days of waiting to use our shower we found that tiles were still missed with color sealing on the walls and floor of shower and flooring outside the shower area. Caulking was peeling inside shower and gray specs all over. I have contacted W.S. in charge once again to get the third trip out to complete the project! I can not believe he will not come out to see the poor work that was performed and has not even called me back. I got one email response as of 05/18/2020. If I can not receive the quality of work for what I paid, I will be asking my bank to help me get a refund. This is not the proper way to do business. Jacqueline C Harmon High Point

Very easy to schedule service, were here on time and service tect was courteous and understood what we needed.

Estimate provided stated they will be providing a grouting service to small kitchen, instead they did caulking. I did not notice until my husband came back from his business trip. A week later they had to come and re do the job since it started to peel off. I paid $300 for a grouting job but got a caulking job that I could of done myself.
