Fernando was kind, friendly, and professional the whole time, and his brother and he were both very patient with us during paver selection. The estimation process was incredibly quick, and he came up with a CAD drawing the day of coming out. He started quickly and got the job done efficiently. His crew ripped out an azalea bush by accident, so Fernando offered to buy us 2 new ones. The patio turned out very well.

I can't put into words how happy I am with my new backyard. Everything about this process was perfect, from my initial phone request for an estimate and Alberto's site visits to assess the job and to deliver the estimate and hard scape plan, to the efficiency and skill exhibited by Alberto's crew. I interviewed 4 firms for this job; Terra Nova wasn't the least expensive, but I felt that they would do the best job. They were extremely responsive to any concerns that I had (we had to change the design a bit on the fly; their suggestions were always improvements on my ideas). They respected my job site caveats (no smoking, and keep the area clean). Alberto and Fernando are wonderful people to work with. I am looking forward to the next project they do for me, and I recommend them without reservations. I could not be happier with this project.

This company by far is one of the most professional company's of have ever dealt with. Fernando Tapia (the owner) is very creative and with a true vision of what I really wanted at my house. The staff and office personal were very helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this company to all Angie's List members. They do superb work.
