They do a great job. They are prompt and courteous and if there are any problems in between visits, they will come and fix them at no charge. I would give them all A's.

They missed their first appointment. When I called they said one of the technicians was sick and that they thought they had called everyone. They came on time for their second appointment. They have done a good job because I can already see a difference.

I like that they call ahead and ask if I want the inside of the house sprayed along with the outside. If they spray the outside only, I don't need to be home. They will leave the bill attached to the doorknob. I haven't had any pest problems while using this company.

They are on-time to do the job. They are professional while they worked. The quality of their work is good. I will continue to use them in the future.

This has been a weird experience. I should add that I am continuing to use them at present, so I have not given up. To make initial appt., I left both email and message that weren't initially returned. Upon receiving a person, appt. was setup promptly to check for termites. The exterminator was able to check, and confirm no termites. We agreed to start a baiting system and go on pest contract. Seeing two dogs around, he nonetheless put out mouse baits around the house, promising the dogs wouldn't be interested and couldn't get into the bait housing. The next morning, I found every one chewed up, and had to do some emergency work with the dog. They were good about reimbursing me for the expenses. Several weeks later, I received an automated call about a scheduled visit, but the person who came out clearly did not have the paperwork to know what he was supposed to do. Since then, all has gone reasonably well. It has been mixed thus far.

WITH SO MUCH COMPETITION IN THE PEST CONTROL BUSINESS YOU WOULD BE IN MUCH BETTER HANDS TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY. JUST CHECK THIS LIST WHERE YOU WILL FIND OTHER COMPANIES WITH BETTER SCORES WHO APPARENTLY ARE MORE INTERESTED IN GETTING AND KEEPING YOUR BUSINESS. JUST SAY NO TO TERMINEX, WE DO!

After they treated for the termites, I called them and they sent someone out that repaired the damage. They did a very good job. They were very meticulous!

The service was excellent. They did good work, charged a fair price, and were very flexible in working with me to get the job done.

I found termite damage and called them, they came out to look and agreed there was damage. The technician treated the garage area, he was polite and answered all my questions. I called them a few days later to find out when someone would come out and repair the damage. They told that someone would call me back and no one has returned any of my phone calls. The terms of my warranty says that they will arrange to take care of any damage, but I can't get them to take care of it.

What I got was spraying for other pests, which I don't have, and I still have fire ant mounds 5" tall in my yard and flower beds. I called them 3 different times, because I didn't think I should pay for a service they so obviously did not do. Each time I was told a supervisor would call me back, but no one ever has. If I can't depend on them to return my call, why should I have service through them?

We've used these guys for about 8 years. Never had a problem... they come like clockwork 2 or 4 times a year to spray and inspect. They are very professional. They have found problems and fixed them before we ever found them.

Jason Allen is very courteous and conscientious. He answered my questions and explained thoroughly.

100% AWFUL. The service is totally ineffective. We still had roaches 2-3 weeks after a service, and we'd call them to come again. They give us useless advice, like, there are too many trees around the house. So? The roaches are inside. We paid for a one year contract, they came out and did a service one month before the contract ended (which we planned not to extend) and then charged us for it because it was the 5th service. It was during the contract! They now refuse to credit us for the service that was during the term of our contract that was paid for, and we won't pay, so they are taking us to collections. Good luck, you can sue me for all I care and see if you win. Deceptive billing practices!

Vinnie inspected and sprayed the entire house and garage. He was very careful around my cats.

I USUALLY HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. ONE MAN HAS BEEN OUR SERVICE PROVIDER FOR FOUR YEARS. THIS TIME, HE DID NOT SHOW FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND NEVER CALLED. I RECEIVED A BILL FOR THE SERVICE THAT WAS NOT PROVIDED. VERY CONFUSING. I HOPE THIS IMPROVES. USUALLY, WE HAVE NO BUG PROBLEMS BETWEEN VISITS, AND HE COMES PROMPTLY IF I HAVE A BUG PROBLEM.

MANTIS PEST CONTROL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY TREATED THE WHOLE OUTSIDE AREA OF OUR HOUSE, THE INTERIOR, THE ATTIC, AND EVEN WIPED AWAY THE COUNTLESS # OF COBWEBS IN THE GARAGE AND TREATED THERE AS WELL! THEY SAID THEY WILL COME BACK AT NO CHARGE AT ANYTIME WE SEE PESTS IN BETWEEN SCHEDULED TREATMENTS.

WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THAT TERMINEX PROVIDED. THE FEE WAS $75 PER QUARTER WITH ADDITIONAL VISITS TO HANDLE SPECIFIC ISSUES BEING COMPLETED AT NO CHARGE. I BELIEVE THE LEVEL OF SERVICE MAY BE DEPENDENT ON THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WORKING IN YOUR SPECIFIC AREA. WE HAD A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE TECHNICIAN. HE ALWAYS EXPLAINED WHAT HE WOULD BE DOING AND WAS VERY GOOD AT ANSWERING SPECIFIC QUESTIONS. UNDER THIS CONTRACT WE DID NOT HAVE BUG PROBLEMS IN THE HOUSE. WE HAD TO CALL THEM TWICE OUTSIDE OF THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED QUARTERLY SPRAY. BOTH TIMES THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM (ANTS).

OTHER THAN HAVING TO PAY ($320) FOR THE POLICY TO BE TRANSFERRED OVER TO MY NAME, I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND PROMPT RESPONSES TO SOME OF MY INSECT QUESTIONS.

SUGGESTED ANNUAL CONTRACT. WHICH MAY HAVE BEEN UNNECESSARY, BUT WE WENT AHEAD AND DID IT ANYWAY.

WHEN IT CAME TO TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR POOR WORK, THEY WOULD RATIONALIZE & JUSTIFY THE ERRORS & THE FACT YOU DIDN'T GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR, VERY FRUSTRATING.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WE ARE RECEIVING FROM TERMINIX IN GASTONIA AND OUR REP, NICK RATTE. I AM ALLERGIC TO INSECT BITES, SO IT IS IMPORTANT TO US TO NOT HAVE BUG CRAWLING IN THE HOUSE OR NEAR THE PERIMITER. TERMINIX TAKES GREAT CARE OF US! OUR APPOINTMENT WAS SET FOR 2:00 PM. NICK APPEARED PROMPTLY AT 1:55 PM, HIS PAPERWORK WAS PREPARED. NICK PROVIDED ME A THOROUGH OVERVIEW OF EXACTLY WHAT MY CONTRACT CONTAINED. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS TO MY SATISFACTION, AND EXPANDED ON HIS ANSWERS. HE TREATED THE ENTIRE HOUSE INSIDE (INCLUDING THE ATTIC). HE THEN TREATED THE OUTSIDE. THIS WAS OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH NICK, AND WE ARE VERY MUCH PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS, AND ARE HAPPY WE CHOSE TERMINIX AS OUR PEST CONTROL PROVIDER.

EASY. THIS OFFICE IS ALWAYS RESPONSIVE AND HAS THE SAME STAFF COME TO MY HOME. THAT IS ALWAYS REASSURING. THEY GIVE US EXCELLENT SERVICE.

ANTOINE WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE CAME TO MY HOUSE ON A FRIDAY, BUT DID NOT HAVE SOME OF THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT, SO HE RETURNED ON SATURDAY TO PERFORM HIS WORK. I WAS IMPRESSED HE WOULD USE HIS DAY OFF TO FINISH A JOB. HE RETURNED A WEEK LATER TO RE-CHECK TRAPS TO SEE IF BAIT HAD BEEN TAKEN AND REFRESHED THEM. HIS WORK SEEMS TO HAVE ELIMINATED MY RODENT PROBLEM.

THE COMPANY REP RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED VENTS AFTER NOTICING WE OFTEN FORGOT TO OPEN OR CLOSE THEM. THE PRODUCT LOOKS NICE & ADDS VALUE TO OUR HOME. IT HAS A LIFETIME WARRANTY. AND WAS INSTALLED QUICKLY.

THE FREE INSPECTIONS FROM TERMINIX DO NOT INCLUDE ANY PAPERWORK. JUST A WARNING FOR ANYONE THINKING OF SELLING THEIR HOUSE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
