Terminix - Charlotte -Termite & Pest Control

I was very disappointed with them. Their cost was exorbitantly higher than the other two companies that came out. I didn’t feel like the guy that they brought out was educated at all in what he was telling me. He wasn’t a good sales guy and he wasn’t very informative at all. He came out. He was on time and he was nice as well as prompt. I really didn’t have a lot of interaction with him. I called him and we set it up.

They are always very prompt and they have my charge card so they automatically charge me once a year. I don’t have to worry about it and I’ll have the certificate of warranty from them when it is time to sell the house. I like the ease of hiring them. I only had to hire them once and now they just come once a year without me having to remind them. They always come when they say they will and they are prompt about sending the bill.

I was looking to go with them for termite prevention but I didn't do it. They are fine. I've had them in the past with the same problem. Their price was way too high this time. My past experience with them was much reasonable. Their service itself is great and I have no issues with that. I'm confident they could supply me a top rated service. I did not go back with the termite bonding problem again because of the cost.

Their services are mediocre. We had some issues with things that they came out and serviced when we where not here and they did not perform the services that they had indicated on their work order. Even though I told them repeatedly about the termite problem, they did not do anything about that. Their price is competitive. I would use them again in the future till we find someone else.

They do a reasonable job. The quality is good. I will continue to use their services.

I also have them spray for bugs both inside and outside the house. I like the office staff and all the people that have come out to do all the services. They are very nice and are never late. Sometimes, they even come out early but will call and let me know. I would use them again in the future.

They are pretty good, and the treatment is working. The first time we had them out we still had some problems, but they came right out and fixed the issue.

I have been using them for 10 years. I had initially called several companies in the area for both termite control and pest control and they were the friendliest and most responsive. They were able to answer all my questions and I did not have that experience with the local companies. They have usually been able to come out the same day whenever I have had a problem and called their service guy. I first thought that their prices were a bit steep but we are locked into an agreement and the prices haven't risen in 10 years and they look pretty good now. I have had a number of different service people from the company come out over the years. They had, at one point, sent someone who was new to the job, and he had set the canister down and it leaked on the furniture. I called the company and the service manager called me back and they were very quick to address the problems.

They come when I need them. That is very important to me. Their exterminating quality is very good. We have been with them for many years and will continue to use them.

They treat the house for bugs. I assume that their pesticides are harmless to us or our pets. The price is reasonable. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I've been very pleased with them. I have been with this company since 1979 and will continue to use them.

He is very responsive. He comes out once a month to check and to spray. We have a contract with him. He is very personable and very dependable. He always calls before he comes. If he sees any pests, he would get right after them. He has been with the company for years. We use him on an ongoing basis.

They are a good company and they do what they say they are going to do. We like them.

Jason Allen was extremly helpful and professional. He performed a thorough inspection of the crawlspace and foundation to check for termite activity. As we live in a heavily wooded area, even though no termite activity was found, we chose to have Terminix install the termate bait system to prevent future damage. This also includes a warranty against future termite damage. The only downside was the cost (over $1200 with a $225 annual renewal), but this includes a warranty to replace any and all wood damage caused by termites in the future. So I guess it's understandable, considering some termite repairs can be over $5000.

Overall, their results are good. Give them a try.

They are expensive, compared to some of the other bids I got. We went with somebody who had done previous work with us. We were double-checking to make sure the bids were in line.

Terminix has been my Pest Control provider for several years now. My current service person is Benton and he always comes on time or calls if he gets held up which is rare. They will return and retreat if necessary at no charge. Since using them, I have far fewer pest problems.

We have an annual contract with them. The same service technician comes out each time. He is a great person and does a good job. He keeps the termites away. He comes and does the job and I don?t have to worry about it. The price is reasonable too.

I've used Terminix for eight years or more. I haven't seen any kind of roach or anything since we started using them. They are fine and their prices are probably competitive. They always come when they say they are coming.

They are very good. They come promptly when you have a bee or a spider problem that needs to be taken care of. They will come anytime you call them. They call to let you know that the service is due, and make an appointment, and usually show up promptly at the appointed time. We pay $285 a quarter for the pest control and $532 a year for the termites. I would say that that is a good price but since I?ve not used anybody else, I don?t know how that price would compare.

We weren?t really happy with the service that we got, but the really good thing is that the service provider didn?t get the rugs out. They were pretty responsive, on time, and very cordial. We will use them again if we can get a guarantee that their service is going to be exactly what we expect.

They are okay. We have been using them for the past 19 years. They come out regularly. They have always had good employees. However, a young man whom we liked very much recently left the company. He used to do thorough job for us. We could call him immediately, if we had any problems with ants. There is another guy, who has been servicing us for a long time, and he is still with the company. They are a good company. They have been around for a long time and we like them. We don?t know about the prices of the other companies, as we?ve never used anybody else.

They are very prompt. They always come out right on time. I like that they call before they come out so that I do not have to wait all day for them to come out. I do not know how to price compares, however I suppose that it is good for what they do.

They call before they come and I always get the same technician. I like what she comes and does.

I think they are excellent and I am very satisfied with them. The gentleman that calls on me is friendly but very professional. He does his job and he is very prompt.
