I like the people. They are very friendly and willing to help you. He offered to get the cobwebs out of my house. Any time I have asked them to do something; they have been very willing to do it. They don't come in the house unless you want them to. They can service most of the things from outside. I had ants, and they came in to treat for them at no additional charge. I would highly recommend them. I had over paid them one time, and they contacted me to let me know I had over paid, and asked if I wanted a credit. They were very aware and accommodating. The price is comparable. They are punctual, responsive, and professional. I would definitely use this provider again.

I have termites, bugs, crawl spaces, and irrigation. I would possibly use them again.

We were happy with the work but I've got to have them come back out because the ants are bad this year. We have a contract with them and we pay about $80 every couple of months.

.They are incredible and fantastic. He is available and punctual. I had a snake in my house and he was here in 30 minutes and got it removed.

They inspect annually for termites and treat my house and yard quarterly for common pests. We have been with them for years and are very pleased. Their service is excellent; if we have a problem they will come back the same day and treat again at no charge; I like that feature and will use them again in the future.

They are dependable, come every year to do the survey and are pretty straightforward. I recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We get treated for fire ants and termites. We pay separate for fire ants and a separate plan for normal pests and then we have termite treatment also. The termite treatment has a system installed in the ground with bait in them and they come by every month and if there are termites then they either set out more bait to keep them away from our house. There is no spraying for termites. For the regular pests control they just spray and for the fire ants they spray around the perimeter of our property to control them. They are very polite and when they say they are going to be here they are here. In addition to the scheduled appointments if we have any problems they are very quick to respond. If you find a bug in your house that is alive they will come back any time and re-treat at no extra cost. The people are very friendly and trustworthy. I have never had any problems with this company. We will continue to use their services in the future for our pest control.

I have an annual contract with them, so they come out regularly. I have been using them for ten years. They guarantee their work. If I ever have any problems, they take care of them. Their responsiveness is excellent. They are excellent and I will continue to use them.

We don't really have an opinion on them yet. They did a fine job overall. The price was better than the previous company that we used. I haven't seen any bugs yet. He came out when he said that he would and was professional.

They are always prompt and call me to make the appointment. They always check all the outside terminals for termites. They are conscious about closing the gate so the dogs don't get out. They always put on the little booties before they come into the house so they don't track dirt into the house. They are polite.

They just come out, do their thing and then they go. It's fine.

They are responsive and everything has went fine. If we ever need to make a follow up call to come out they will not charge, which is great.

I don't think they are cheap and the quality is good. They have done everything we have asked them to do and they have kept the bugs down. I will use them again in the future.

I enjoy working with the person that comes out to do the spraying. The woman in the office is a bit more challenging to work with.

They come out anytime I call and as far as terminates, there are no termites, if there is any they pay for all the repairs. I haven’t checked with anyone else and the quality of work is good, never had any termites.

They have done well. I had bought my home six years ago, they were on-site treating and I have continued their treatment. They have shown up every month and checked for termites and have replaced what was necessary. Fortunately I have not had any re-infestation of termites since I bought the home. There has been no negative experience with them.

I have been using them for the last five years or so. They come out every ninety days to inspect the outside of my home and check the traps and baits. I give them an "A" overall.

They are better than the others in the local area. They are very professional and put something on their feet when they are walking around. They are very courteous as far as their communication is concerned. The only negative thing about them is that they try to push other products on us. They may not be too hard about it but we know that because of speaking with previous employees there; they are really expected to sell those stuff out on the field and if they don’t they get fired. They are the best in the area.

I have an annual contract with them and they come out quarterly. They have been my termite provider for 26 years. I expanded and started receiving their pest control. I've never had a problem with them.

They used to spray along the bottom of the walls. Now they only spray under the sinks. I am not happy with that. I told them I was not happy and they said that is what their boss told them to do. I am under contract with them. I have to maintain my contract or it will cost me a considerably amount of money. I am not happy but I will continue to use them. I would like to maintain my termite protection.
