Terminix - Charlotte -Termite & Pest Control

Over the last two years, we have had trouble maintaining the same provider. We still get great and thorough service but it is hit and miss whether we are familiar with who is coming or not.

I've had Terminix with quite some time now. They gave me a discount price for the work. They always send the same technician to do the work. They are very reliable.

They have always done a pretty good job, I have been using their services for almost 5 years now. Their price is reasonable, the quality of service is excellent.

They do a great job. We are very pleased with their services overall. We will use them again in the future.

They people that have come to my house have always been excellent providers. If I call them they will come back at any time in between treatments. It's about as good of a pest control service that you can find.

They come and check everything. They do a very good job. They come on a routine basis. We don't see any bugs. From my perspective, they're excellent. They're always polite and always here.

The technician was knowledgeable and made every effort to put down bait where the ants were and give me instructions. What I did not like was on his previous service he was trying to sell termite protection. I understand he was explaining the risks but I thought it was a little pushy. I recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I pay them quarterly and if I need them to comeback, they don’t charge me anything. I like the fact that they comeback if I don’t think that they did a good job and not charge me too. The guy that comes is extremely friendly and helps me out.

I have used for a long time and they are reliable, well and established. The price is less then starting up with a new company. They will come back if I need extra work at no charge. They work by appointment. They leave me information on what chemicals they use for my service. Any specials requests are honored like checking under my house and the garage.

I like the termite guarantee they provide for me. They are easy to work with. I have never had any problem with setting up the dates for them to come out.

The price is okay, service is good, and I would use them again in the future.

Overall, I would say that they are good.

I am very pleased with them. If I have an issue, they are here within 24 hours. I like their reliability and punctuality. They address all the issues I have. They have been great. I had them for years. I pay them yearly. They are here six times a year as a part of the contract. If I have to call them for anything, it is undue the contract and I pay extra for that.

They will come and provide any pest control services that we need done.

They have been in business for a long time. I can?t say that we have a lot of interaction with them. They come and do their thing and leave. As far as I know, I feel confident that they are doing a good job, and if we should find any troubles, there would be no problem in getting back out here to fix it. We never shopped around for price.

I really like that we have the same person come out to do the service. He is very kind and personable. They are a responsible company and good to work with.

We used TruGreen for our lawn and since Terminix is a sister company, they gave us a really good price. They were terrible and they could not get rid of the ant problem that we had. As soon as their contract was over, we went back to the other company that we were using before. We paid them once every 3 months. We didn't like their hours. With the other company we were able to call the 1800 number, 24/7 and talk to somebody, but Terminix was 8 to 5 and we had to leave a message on the answering machine and wait for the next day and sometimes it used to be 2 or 3 days before the tech could come out. They used to be here when they say they would be, but that could be 3 days out.

They come out periodically as a part of our contract, or if we have an infestation they come out directly. We also have a termite service and protection through them and they also do other bugs. They do a fine job. If we ever have a problem, they always come out and fix it. We are in North Carolina so we are going to have bugs anyway. They get rid of them when we call them so I would give them an excellent grade. Sometimes we do have to call them but in North Carolina there are bugs everywhere. If you call them they will make the extra effort. We have called them before and they've come out within an hour. They take care of everything and there's never a problem. As a company, they have good quality people. They are very good as far as how they manage it.

We like them and they are very good. They are good about coming back if there is any problem. They have good people. They are always nice, polite, and good. They charge about $60 a visit. I would not have recommended them if I was not happy with them.

They are fine. We have no problems with them. They generally show up and they are on time.

They also come on demand after their service at no charge for ants or spiders or anything like that. They have also done some carpentry work for termite damage. Their price here is $10 more than when I was in another place.

I didn't have to pay anything for the follow up visit. I haven't compared their prices. I will continue to use them.

I can't tell you the last time they were here. I am on an annual contract with them so I don't pay them every time they come. Where we live you have to have pest control because termites are so bad. I recommend them to others and I like it that I don't have to be there when they do their periodic reviews; it is kind of seamless for us. I will use them again in the future.

They are very good. I have used them for years. It's a very good firm, the employees, the service. I am just very pleased with Terminix.
