We believe in keeping our customers informed so they don’t feel left hanging and wondering what is going on with your repair. Our technicians will explain the problem with your appliance and what needs to be done to fix it or help maintain your appliance. We take every precaution to ensure the areas sounding your appliances are not harmed during the repair of your appliance. Description of Work: I called them with the problem with my microwave. I was charged a diagnostic fee - even though I told them what was wrong with the microwave. They told me they had to order the part. I then waited 2 weeks for them to come back and install the part. They were outrageously overpriced. The man was rude, didn't address any of my questions. I wouldn't recommend them.

Description of Work: Our home warranty company sent us to tarheel appliance. It took approximately 3 weeks to have a simple fix on our dryer. Tarheel lost the part that was sent fed ex to them causing addition time not having a working dryer. |After the repair was finally completed, the tech had to come back out to properly attach the front of the dryer which was overlooked.
