Sue returned my call promptly, and gave me an estimate on what the job would cost within a couple of days; $85 for 1600 sf, with $20-$30 more for the first cleaning. Sue came when she said she would, and the house smelled great when I got home, but there were several little things that I was dissatisfied about; the shower in the master bath had remnants from the Magic Sponge still left lying around on the floor and the vanity and mirror had not been wiped on top or around its edges. The place where the tile meets the wall in the guest bath had not been wiped down either. It was also obvious that the floors underneath the furniture in the bedrooms had not been swept or mopped and there were still dust bunnies in the corners down there. When I mentioned these things to Sue, she apologized and said I could just send her $85. I offered to give it another shot and asked if she could come back before I had guests over the holidays. She said she'd call me after Christmas, but never did.

Since my wife and I work now, sue has come to help us at a crucial time. Our house is much cleaner and organized because of Sue.

Sue is the greatest! I am really picky about how clean my house is, and I have had no complaints with Sue. I had another company come in and do a deep clean before I met Sue, and even with 3 people working, they could not equal what Sue does by herself for a regular cleaning. I feel very lucky to know Sue, she is honest, dependable and very personable. I can't wait until the next time she cleans for me!

Sue is such a great person, friendly, honest, dependable and the best house keeper I have ever had. She cleans my home as I would do it. I am quite picky about my house and I have never had to remind Sue of anything in the over 8 months she has been cleaning my house! I highly recommend her and feel very fortunate to have found her.

Sue s quality of work is exceptional. She conducts business in a professional manner. I have found Sue's work to be far superior to the "Merry Maids" standard. She is always on time while going beyond to accommodate any changes in our schedule. My house is in good hands with Sue.

Sue has been coming to clean for us for about 2 months now. She is wonderful! She is very reliable and does a thorough job. We always love coming home from work on the days that she has cleaned, because the house looks and smells wonderful! We don't have any concerns about her being in our house when we are not there. We consider ourselves lucky to have found her! We wish we had found her years ago!

Sue has cleaned twice-monthly for me for a little over 2 years. I find that she always does a great job and is eager to do more or special projects when I ask. She is very responsive, hardworking, personable, and reliable. Also, and I find this very important--I feel she is very honest and trustworthy, so I do not have to worry about my privacy or my possessions. I recommend her highly!

She is prompt and courteous. She always lets me know well in advance if she needs to change our scheduled appointment. She does a wonderful job. Our hardwood floors have never looked better! Occasionally, she may miss an area, but she is very responsive to specific requests. She has been cleaning for me for almost a year now, and was a lifesaver during my pregnancy and first few months of my child's life!
