I normally use them twice a year. I think they do a good job for the money. They are consistent, they are dependable, and they show up when they are supposed to.

They arrived on time, went to work , and of course tried to sell me more services. They did a good job and left.

Wonderful experience. Can't speak highly enough about SS. This crew, in particular was outstanding and professional. They were here close to 5 hours and were happy to be here doing the job that I paid for them to do. They seemed to enjoy their job (a rarity these days) and cleaned every square inch thoroughly. We have a large dog and two young boys, so they had their work cut out for them and they aced it all. The took so much care to make sure my cushions were lined up to dry properly, put a special paper down and between them to allow them to dry completely. They did not miss a beat. I only wish more companies had the kind of customer service that SS does. It's nice to see a company that has been around a long time, keeping up with the times and raising the bar, so to speak, when it comes to customer service. Thank you, thank you!

Carpets looked and smelled so much better when they were done (removed pet stains/smell), and they pulled a ton of junk out of the sofa and chair upholstery - we were really pleasantly surprised with how much brighter and cleaner the fabrics were after cleaning. really happy with the quality of work. The guys were also exactly on time and very polite. We would hire them again and would recommend using them.

Two men showed up at the house, very professional and got the job done. My husband and I had already moved furniture out of the way because we weren't sure if they would. Workers listened well and focused on a couple stains that I mentioned, and were able to remove most, if not all of the stain.

They are excellent. I think the quality of their work was really good. I compared it to a past service from another company and they were very good. They charge by the room, but I had about a room and a half. The quality of the work was excellent, it looked very fresh and new. My original expectation was the $99 special, but I ended up having a little more area to do.

They did a good job. The technician is very knowledgeable. I was pleased with what they do. There was a technician and a cleaner when they came to do the work. They both were good. They were courteous. They had one spot where it was difficult cleaning. They were not able to clean it, but it wasn't their fault.

Overall the work went fine. I didn’t have any problems. There was nothing negative. They did what they were supposed to do. I have no complaints. I would use them again based on my experience. I would use their services again in the future.

We have a large master bathroom and instead of traditional mats, we use pieces of carpet on the floor (three 2x3 mats and a runner). When the bathroom was getting remodeled, we needed to get the carpets cleaned. We rolled them up, drove them down to Stanley Steamer and they took them right off our hands. While we filled out some paperwork, they took the measurements and got us the estimate. Less than $25 for cleaning and disinfecting and it would be ready in 24 hours. Excellent. Everything was done as promised and at cost. Great experience.

I called the office and they answered my questions on services and prices. We set up an appointment time window - 2:00PM to 4:00 PM. TJ and Bradley showed up at 2:00PM. I showed them the areas to be cleaned and asked them to be careful as all of the walls had just been recently painted. They said no problem. They explained the drying time and what not to do in the near term. They were very professional, efficient, and did a good job. The carpets looked great.

They were fantastic. They were friendly and did a better job than even I expected them to do. I had 3 cats and when we moved into the new house, they were upset and went around and sprayed my furniture and the carpet in certain places with urine. I don't remember how much I spent, but it was a fair price. It was probably in the range of $125.00. It wasn't super expensive. I thought it was very reasonable. They were here for maybe a couple of hours. They were very friendly when they interacted. They walked me around and made sure I was happy with what they had done and that I had gotten everything I had wanted them to do before they left. The price was excellent for all they did. I was thinking about calling them again soon.

I selected Stanley Steemer because of their rather good ratings even if they quoted us higher than others. Our kitchen tile floor had very dirty grout lines that haven't been professionally cleaned in years. They restored the grout color from a greasy, very dark grey closer to the original light sand color. In some areas one can see that it is still a bit darker than brand new but it is a huge improvement. They also applied sealer. We'll have them come back to do the bathroom floor as well. My wife mentioned something about a grout stain that they had offered but she didn't choose at the time. We'll try that in the bathroom next.

Stanely Steamer quoted a price and honored it. They arrived on time, were efficient, professional and left us very satisfied with the work done!

Very well. They respond quickly and were willing to stay to clean additional areas. The only thing I do not like is the "upsell" efforts, but if you can be clear that you do not wish to buy other products or services and are prepared to draw the line, they will respect your wishes.

The team (2 men) came on time, worked quickly and thoroughly, were very pleasant to deal with and very professional. Provided additional information on services and other tips. Very good overall experience.

Appt made online which gave a price quote as well which is very convenient. They came at the start of the time range, did the job quickly and very well and were very professional. Will use them again.

If Angie's List had a rating higher than an A, I would give it to them. I went with them because my daughter had used them. The price was reasonable. I've had three other companies clean my carpets and this company is the only one that I would consider referring to someone. Two workers arrived and I was here the whole time they did the carpets. These workers were very professional and trustworthy. After they left, my carpets looked brand new. My carpets were not sopping wet and they moved things off the floor that I wasn't able to move. I would not hesitate to have them come again.

I delivered the 2 rugs to Stanley Steemer's plant on Cross Beam Dr. about 3 weeks ago (in order to save the cost of the company picking them up from my home). It was over 20miles, but I had business in the area, so was only another 5miles or so to their plant. I returned about 10days later to pick them up from S. Steemer, got them home and found they had not been cleaned. I called them, spoke to George (owner or manager) and, without hesitation, he set up appointment for his technician to come to my house to reclean the rugs. The tech. did not show up as scheduled, so I called and found there had been an communication error in the location of the rugs, so he rescheduled for Tues. Aug.3. The technician, Bryan, was very good, cheerful and efficient. He helped me hang one of the rugs on the fence to beat out the dirt imbedded in it then had the rugs vaccuumed and cleaned in about an hour. It was apparent to me that the rugs had been "missed" while in the plant and the first scheduled tech. error was understandable. (It was a comedy of errors!) But George was intent on getting the job completed to my satisfaction, and called later that day to inquire whether that had been done. So I believe the professional attitude shown by both George and Bryan was admirable. And the rugs look SO much better!
