Stanley Steemer

Called Stanley Steamer on Sat morning to schedule a visit to clean a 11' X 15' area rug. They had an appointment open for that morning and come right over. They did a great job on the rug.

Two men came, cleaned carpet and put furniture back down on blocks or plastic squares. Within 12 hours the carpet was no longer wet and within 24 hours was totally dry, and I removed the blocks/squares. The house and carpet, which had not been cleaned in two years and had recently been stained with pet accidents, smelled fresh and looked great.

They did a great job! I had a great experience! I called them two weeks later and told them the stain had resurfaced and they came back out for no charge and cleaned it again. I highly recommend their services.

I believe they did a fairly decent job. They did some extra work for us. They cleaned part of a piece of furniture.

It went very well they were thorough and they put plastic on the furniture and moved things to clean under neath them I cant say enough good things about them. I reccomend them to everyone

I used the Stanley Steemer website to schedule this service. Actually I only went there to help me decide what I wanted done with the carpet but when I saw that I could schedule online and they had Saturday morning available I went ahead and scheduled it.. It was so easy to do. I received an e-mail confirmation and then another one the day before the cleaning to remind me of the appointment. I had never hired a carpet cleaning service before and this was extremely easy to do. Jesus Cruz and Nathaniel Jones showed up when I expected them (I was given a 9:00 am to 12:00 noon window). They checked the entire carpet, treated the spots that needed done (I have a dog) and then steam cleaned and deodorized the carpet. This is a very large room and I understood from registering online that it was counted as two areas. I think the price was worth the work they did. They did an excellent job, made sure I was satisfied with their work, and left the area looking great. The carpet was barely damp when they left and it was dry by evening. We are so satisfied with their work that we will ask for this crew the next time we need our carpet done.

The process of making the appointment and getting someone out here was very quick. They did a good job were able to honor the coupon I had.

Everything went very well. Timely, professional and happy with the results. I put my house up for sale a few days later and I received 2 offers on the 1st day! Who knows? Maybe it was the beautiful floors that sold it! Probably more than that, but they were definitely worth it and I will use again.

The carpet cleaning was fine, that had done it a year or two before. On time, professional etc. A little disappointed with the chair cleaning, probably my fault, dog pee on an over stuffed chair, it wasn't the primary reason I called them and I didn't supervise it as I should have. I did not get the enzime sp treatment for the chair. I will definately use them again for the carpet. I am still trying to find a solution for the chair.

It went very well. The two workers were able to clean all 4 carpets and also remove some old stains. The carpets look like new again! It took them 90 minutes to complete the entire job. They were also very polite and professional. Just an FYI. When they set up their equipment, all the hoses, etc., have to run from their machine back to the truck and back in your house so there will be a lot of hoses running through your home. They also attach the water hose to your front hose bib and put a drain in your toilet for the water. When they ran the hoses from the truck to the machine, I noticed that water from the hose, due to the hose hitting the wet grass, was dripping on my hardwood floors so I had to ask them to wipe it down as they brought it into my house. Other than that, the service they performed was worth the price and I will use them again.

They had the best price I could find for top rated companies on Angie's List. The online scheduling process was extremely simple, quick, and error-free. The cleaners showed up when they were supposed to and did an excellent job. They were very friendly. I would definitely use this company again.

The online scheduling process was flawless. The team was prompt. In addition to followng the instuctions to remove lamps and small items from furniture, I moved everything I could carry into the kitchen prior to their arrival to maximize their efficiency when they arrived. I told them that no furniture in the office needed to be removed. They asked me what I wanted moved in the living room, and I told them. But the dining room table and chairs at the end of the living room were not discussed. The bedroom has a double bed and double dresser, both which I knew would not be moved. There was also a wooden quilt rack stand and a nightstand. The top of the nightstand had been cleared of all items. The technician asked me if he could put the 4 dining chairs in the kitchen. I agreed and helped him put them in the kitchen. The kitchen by now was standing room only. By the time I realized they were finished 35 minutes later, they had already packed up everything. I asked why the dining room table didn't have any protectors under the legs and the technician said they didn't move it, they cleaned around it. I did not specifically tell them to move it, but it was cleared of all items and would have been very easy to move, so I was expecting it to be moved. I should have asked them to bring me some protectors so I could get the dining chairs out of the kitchen but I didn't. I'm disappointed that they didn't put the chairs back without being asked. When I went into the bedroom, I gasped. The wooden quilt rack stand was laying on top of my bed, which was covered in an heirloom hand-made quilt. I do not allow anything to be placed on this quilt, much less furniture! The wooden quilt rack stand was very easy to move and it could have easily been placed on one side of the room, and then replaced in its original location with protectors. If they wanted it off the floor completely, I should have been asked to place it in the walk-in closet, or piled on top of something in the kitchen. Then I noticed that the nightstand had not been moved. Again, I was not asked about what to move in the bedroom, and the nightstand had been cleared of all items. There was no reason for me to think that it would not be moved. My mother used to tell me in the '60s that Stanley Steemer was the only carpet cleaning company to use, and I've used them exclusively my entire life. The carpeting was clean, and the spots were gone, but this experience was so disappointing and not up to the standards I've come to expect...I may have to rethink my loyalties. UPDATE 09/20/2012 I just received a call from Jeff Bratschie. He was genuinely concerned about my feedback. He assured me that my experience was not up to their standards and wanted to do whatever it took to make it right. He offered a and quot;redoand quot; but I declined because the hassle didn't seem worth it to me. Instead, he is sending me a $100 gift card off my next cleaning. This was very nice, and welcomed, but it wasn't necessary. I am totally confident that they will use this feedback as a teaching moment with their technicians and that it won't happen again, which is what I was hoping for as an outcome of my feedback. I have changed my overall rating from a C to an A, because I am so impressed with Jeff's response. I could not have asked for a more sincere and heartfelt focus on customer satisfaction.

The tile and grout came out beautifully. They were on time and courteous. They were very careful with everything. We were pleased with their work.

They quoted a price over the phone.They arrived on time but told my husband that we had been misquoted and raised the rate considerably. It was evidently the hardwoods that caused the increase but my husband had told the person who did the original quote that kitchen was hardwood. My husband tried to negotiate the new rate but they were adamant about the increase. He decided this was unfair increase and declined their services

Very well. Both Paul and his assistant showed up on time, reviewed what work was to be done and went right to work. They took careful precautions with furniture and corners. They did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets thoroughly. There were absolutely no pet stains left anywhere. There was however an additional application of a carpet protestant (recommended for an extra fee) which was explained to help carpets repel liquids and I approved this extra service. But after 24 hours of drying time, I tested out an area on the carpet and found that the application did not repel liquid as promised. I called Stanley Steamer and spoke with a very helpful representative; he promptly connected me with the local manager who was in charge of my area. He was courteous and very receptive once I explained the situation. He promised a refund, which was done on that day. I believe that the cleaning crew had the best intentions when they offered the treatment but described what the product did incorrectly. Regardless, the customer service was outstanding and quick to fix any issues. I will use Stanley Steamer for all of my carpet cleaning needs in the future, absolutely.

They were helpful and friendly. What impressed me most was the effect of what they did. They got out stains that I didn't think they would be able to get. I was impressed with how clean they got the carpet.

They did an excellent job. There really was a big difference after they finished. I've used some of the other carpet cleaning services out there, ones that don't use the high pressure steam process, the ones that supposedly dry more quickly. They just don't work as well as Stanley Steemer's process. It did take some time to dry, but was fine by the next morning. They were good about doing the higher traffic areas first so they would dry first. They did a great job moving and protecting our furniture. I was very pleased.

The price included the purchase of one their outdoor entry mats. Everything seems to be fine so far. I would recommend their punctuality and their performance.

They could not clean the ceramic tile because we had natural stone. So they could not do that and they didn't want to take a chance. We have used them in the past though. The experience of the interacting with them was good. We've liked them and they do a good job. They are very professional and very responsive. We would probably use their services again in the future.

They gave me a window of 2-5 on the Friday before Thanksgiving. They did not get here until sometime after 4 and I was worried they would be able to complete the work. However I was wrong. They did a great job in less than an hour. Carpet was very dirty and was much improved.
