Description of Work: Chris Cippoletti did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets. He paid special attention to some hard to remove stains. Very courteous and professional. |I am very pleased!

Description of Work: Left residue on carpet . Not properly extracted. Had to have them return and redo the large area . Not the most "cheerful" attitude from employee.

Description of Work: Cleaned one carpet in the playroom. The carpet wasn't new by any means, but it looked no different after the cleaning. Maybe it was "clean" now, but we didn't get the visual improvement we were looking for. Felt the service was overpriced for what we received.

Description of Work: He was really good and a nice guy. Everything came out great, I was really happy. Way better than PCS(Pro carpet systems). I am very happy and I will call on them again in the future!!!

Description of Work: The cleaned our multi-story condo on the main floor including the 15x20 living area and a flight of stairs.

Description of Work: Stanley Steemer came to clean some upholstery that was stained by my children, as well as to clean a stained wool area rug and 2 carpets that I figured could use it (though not visibly stained.) I was impressed with their punctuality and follow up. They came on time to the minute for 2 visits and were flexible with scheduling. The wool rug cleaned beautifully -- and I was dubious that anyone could remove the set-in stains in it. Unfortunately they were unable to remove the stains from the upholstery. The stain disappeared at the time of cleaning only to return once it dried. They sent a "quality control" person out to try again, who had exceptional customer service in terms of politeness and punctuality -- but he failed to remove the stains also. Negatives (other than not removing the stain which may just have been this particular stain) were: 1) the original technicians did not ask me if we had a cat nor did they inform me that the front door would be left open for the duration of their work (about 45 minutes). Our indoor only cat slipped outside in the few minutes it took for me to realize that this was part of the process which created distress in our household (luckily we found the cat). It would greatly add to their good customer service if they asked about any indoor only pets BEFORE leaving the door open and alerted the home owner to lock them in another area of the house. Other carpet cleaning services we have used did not require running a hose to their van, so we did not expect the door to be left open. 2) The rugs were left quite wet. Again, this is different than our experience with other companies. As our stair runner was cleaned, this created a problem as we were told that the protection would wear off if we walked on it while it was drying. Advance notice of this, maybe even at the time of scheduling, would have helped me to plan accordingly. Other than these 2 easily remedied customer service issues, I was pleased. That being said, I don't know that I would use them again for upholstery cleaning since they did not get the spot out of the furniture. If a wool rug stained again, I would consider using them.
