THE COMPANY CALLED JUST PRIOR TO ARRIVING TO PERFORM THE WORK TO CONFIRM THEY WERE ON THE WAY. THE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS ASKED AND INQUIRED INTO THE SATISFACTION OF THE WORK PERFORMED. I HAD USED STANLEY STEEMER MANY TIMES PRIOR TO JOINING ANGIE'S LIST AND IT WAS THIS POSITIVE PAST EXPERIENCE AND ANGIE'S LIST INFORMATION WHICH INFLUENCED ME TO USE THE COMPANY AGAIN.
Description of Work: STANLEY STEEMER STEAM CLEANED TWO LARGE ROOMS (APPROXIMATELY 400 SQUARE FEET TOTAL) AND A SET OF STAIRS WITH 13 STEPS.

 + -1 moreSTANLEY STEEMER WAS VERY THOROUGH AND THE CARPETS LOOKED GREAT. THE 2 MEN WORKED TOGETHER WELL AS A TEAM. THEY MOVED FURNITURE AND PLACED PROTECTION UNDER THE LEGS. THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND EVEN DEODORIZED THE SUNROOM, BECAUSE AN ANIMAL DIED BENEATH IT AND THE ODOR WAS HORRIBLE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL.
Description of Work: THEY STEAM CLEANED 4 ROOMS AND A HALL. I DID NOT HAVE THE CARPETS TREATED WITH A PROTECTOR, BECAUSE OF THE COST.

I GUESS BUSINESS IS SO GOOD THAT THEY DO NOT NEED ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR ATTITUDE. ALSO, THE HOUSE IS IN FORT MILL AND THEY SEND THE GASTONIA OFFICE OUT. THIS DOES NOT SEEM TO MAKE SENSE. TERRIBLE.
Description of Work: I MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR CARPET CLEANING IN THE AFTERNOON AND THEY CALLED FIRST THING IN THE MORNING TO SAY THAT THEY COULD NOT HONOR THE APPOINTMENT TIME AND THAT THEY MOVED ME UP TO AN EARLIER SLOT THAT WAS INCONVENIENT FOR ME.

 + -1 moreI HAVE USED THEM THREE TIMES IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS - ONCE FOR A RENTAL PROPERTY AND TWICE FOR OUR NEW HOME. EACH TIME, THEY CAN SCHEDULE US WITH JUST A FEW DAYS NOTICE, ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND THEIR CREWS ARE FRIENDLY AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY HAVE REMOVED SEVERAL PET STAINS WITHOUT A PROBLEM AND ALWAYS MOVE FURNITURE AND CLEAN UP MOISTURE FROM WHERE THEY RUN THE HOSES.
