Crew arrived on time, completed the work swiftly, was very courteous, and did a thorough job throughout the house.

I have used them several times and they always do a great job. They are professional, punctual and work quickly. They may be a little pricey but I have never been disappointed with them.

They were right on time, courteous, moved the furniture, did a great job of cleaning the carpet, got several stains out.

It was a great experience, they were reasonably priced, they showed up when they said they would, and they did an excellent job.

Stanley Steamer is affordable when they run specials and put coupons out. Otherwise I think they can be up there in cost. They do an excellent job though. They removed spots I did not think they would be able to get out. My carpets also had a good smell to them after they were here. My entire house kind of smelled new and clean. I very much like this company and I will use them again if they run another good special like that.

Stanley Steamer forgot to clean in my closet hallway. They had to come back a second time to do that. I probably would not use them again because they forgot about that area. I will say their services were good otherwise and my carpets were cleaned to my expectation level.

They did an excellent job and were very professional. They were responsive, and aimed to please and satisfy.

We had to meet them at this rental condo. They called at 12:00 and said they were on their way. We were there in 10 minutes and waited. At 12:40, I called them again and was told they were five minutes out. At 1:00 they still had not arrived and I called again. I was told they were on their way and would be there soon. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and was told that they should be there at any minute. At that point, I canceled the appointment and will NEVER use this company again.

They did a very good job. They were punctual and completed the work in just a few hours. The carpets were in bad shape and had numerous stains. Stanley removed the stains and we were very pleased with the results

THEY GAVE US A REASONABLE PRICE ON OUR CARPET CLEANING. THEY LOOKED OVER THE CARPET BEFORE THEY GOT STARTED AND MADE SURE TO ASK IF THERE WAS ANYTHING SPECIAL ABOUT THE CARPETS THEY SHOULD KNOW. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN A VERY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.

OUR NEIGHBOR LET THEM IN AND THEY CALLED US SO WE COULD TALK ABOUT THE STAIN. THEY CALLED US WHEN THEY WERE DONE AND COULDN'T FIX THE STAIN. THEY GAVE US SOME SUGGESTIONS. THEY WERE QUICK AND EFFICIENT AND DID THE WORK WITHOUT US BEING HERE. WE GAVE THEM OUR CREDIT CARD INFO OVER THE PHONE.
