We have been using Spotless for over 2 years and am very satisfied with their service. Andrea, the owner personally trains and oversees her cleaning crews. She is always responsive if there are any concerns.

I am never disappointed with the work they do. My home and business are always extremely well cleaned from top to bottom. They are very reliable and always show up during the scheduled time. I went through two different cleaning services before finding Spotless, and I can definitely say they have been the best so far.

I have been using this cleaning service for three years. They are by far the best cleaning service in the area. I tried several before I found Spotless Cleaning. The owner Andrea is fantastic and easy to work with. I can ask for a whole house cleaning or customize which rooms I would like cleaned. There is no required contract so I can just call her when I want to set up a cleaning. I have called several times in a panic needing a last minute cleaning because of unexpected guests and Andrea has always been able to accommodate me. They send out two cleaning ladies so the job is done efficiently. I have never had a cleaning service provide this level of cleaning. Everything is done so professionally right down to the fancy folded hand towels. I have referred this company to many clients and would highly recommend Spotless Cleaning to anyone looking for an exceptional cleaning service in the Lake Norman Area!

I found Spotless Cleaning on the internet along with several other cleaning services. Spotless was very prompt in contacting me and making an appointment to come look at our house. I am very particular about how my house is cleaned and Andrea was very patient and attentive to everything I specified. The first cleaning was a 'deep clean' and three women were here for the whole day. They did a remarkable job and took the initiative to ask me questions if they weren't sure about something. Andrea followed up after the cleaning to be sure I was satisfied and see how they could 'fine tune' my clean. I have found their service to be very professional. The two women who clean for me know what I want and are flexible if something doesn't work out. For example: trying a new product on the tile floors when something I provided was not cleaning well. I am very satisfied with the quality of work Spotless is providing and hope we will have a very long relationship.

Owner provides excellent customer service and communication. Team members are so pleasant and polite.

They were punctual and did a good job cleaning. They will be cleaning our house on a weekly basis. Please do not show my address in this review.

Four workers came out and did one master bath. One shower and two sinks. Normally a crew this size can clean my entire house in the same amount of time. I don't feel it was a good deal.

They did a good job. There were additional charges, because I had them clean the whole house. They were running late but they did call to let me know.

At first they did a great job. Then as time went on, they would skip several major details. When I would point them out, one of tgirls would roll her eyes at me, and had a super bad attitude. The other girl spoke no English, so communicating with her was next to impossible

Surfaces, kitchen, four bathrooms, floors were cleaned. There was a freshness to the work in both the thoroughness of their job and the attitude and kindness of the workers doing this on short notice. The wooden floors were in such a need that they cleaned them fully three times. We had a tragedy in our family and needed the home cleaned on one day's notice in order to receive family company a few days later.

The Spotless cleaning staff has been cleaning my house for several years now. They do an excellent job!

I have two roommates that don't take care of our apartment at all! Spotless came in and cleaned my place better than I was ever able to. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and very flexible. The attention to detail was so impressive. Every inch of my apartment was truly spotless. Coming home to a clean house/apartment is such a relief. I will certainly continue doing business with Spotless Cleaning Services of Lake Norman. A friend recommended this company, and I plan on spreading the word myself.
