We just had our entire HVAC system replaced by Comfort Zone of the Southeast, and they are wonderful to work with! My wife and I are medically fragile, so we needed the crew to wear masks as they worked indoors, and required them to enter and exit the house through the front door only. We did the entire process of getting an estimate, approving it, signing a contract, and paying all without having to interact directly in a face-to-face method. The installers were professionals, they worked hard and fast in the horrendous heat we had - 98 degrees F, so much hotter in the attic - and got the job done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving only a brand new HVAC unit running to let us know they'd been there. Thank you, Comfort Zone of the Southeast! You and your team did great, and we are deeply grateful!

The services tech came out and did a full inspection. He advised that the condenser was defective. He also advised that a component was not installed from the original company that installed the unit. This component was also related to the air flow amount. The condenser would be covered under warranty. Unfortunately a new flap unit would need to be purchased. It's good to know you can trust a company to provide trust worthy information. I will call Southern Comfort zone when needed.

I've used them for 8 years. Very good job of servicing the unit. Don't try to up sell. They are very responsive and have done a good job for us.

OK. Had to leave early the first day, could not come back the second day. Finished up the following week. The pad had to be redone. The Wi-Fi thermostat we ordered is not working yet. Carrier's connections?
Professionalism: not dressed in clean clothes, did not cover carpet. Admitted they preferred to do commercial rather than residential.

I have used these guys several times now. They are good at what they do, they are punctual and friendly, and only ever charge for what needs to be done. They never try to pull one over on you, which I have run into with other A/C companies. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Wonderful... how nice to find a company that is professional, does honest work and has a great sense of humor to boot. Even the office staff is nice. This company saved me from a very unethical company. I would recommend this company to anyone.

It went really well. It was very difficult to diagnose because one of the great big pipes that the heat does through had collapsed. It was the ductwork. They didn't find it at first and eventually they found it and fixed it. We really liked them and we would use them again. They were very professional and kept coming back because we would have heat and then it would go on and off. It was because the duct has collapsed underneath in the crawlspace in an area that wasn't close to the furnace. They were very nice and professional. They don't try to gouge their customer financially and they are pretty trustworthy. The price was very good. We would definitely use them in the future.

We knew we were getting low on freon, but then our unit started freezing up on really hot days. I called 3 places for quotes and Southern Comfort Zone was the most reasonable. I called Tuesday afternoon and the guys were at our house at 9:30 the next morning. The A/C is running much better now. And they didn't try to replace anything or sell me anything new.

Very pleasing experience. Without even requesting "same day service" they were able to respond to our needs. The two gentlemen servicing my units were friendly, knowledgeable and actually quite amusing (in a non-scary way). They performed a full diagnostic and provided me a couple of viable options without being pushy. I would certainly recommend them highly.

The new exchanger does the trick. Our whole system just works better. Both the heat and cool are much easier to feel. The unit was still covered under warranty so I did not pay for the service. The workers were helpful, considerate and got the job done efficiently.

We had quite a few quotes, and they were one of the very best we had received. They were very professional. We were treated with respect. These guys really knew their stuff. They had a little extra work to do with some of the duct work, but everything was ok. They really did represent their company well. We have had no problems with their work.

I had no problem with this company in general. I did have to hire someone to fix some of their work. It was nothing major, but it was enough for me to not want to use them again. I probably would not refer them to others either just because we had a bit of a headache with having to have someone come and fix their work. I still can't really give them below a B on anything else because overall, they were just really good to deal with and anything we needed, they did right away. I can't comment on their pricing because that was handled through the general contractor.

I just love using our porch during the winter and the summer. It didn't take them very long at all to get the duct work added and the vents installed. I think it was about two hours or so. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The furnace has worked fine both last year and this year. We really like the way the new furnace works as it is really quiet and very efficient. The furnace was put in and working in two or three hours. We are very satisfied with the service we received.

We have been using them for a while now and will continue to do so because they do great work. We actually just got finished using them again for another job in our house. They are very professional and hard working. I am not sure what the price was to have our unit serviced, but I know their prices are very good compared to what other companies charge.

I thought at first he would have to replace our entire air conditioning unit but he took one look at it and said that he could fix it without doing that. We were so happy with how professional he was. He also showed us step by step what the problem was and what he had to do to fix it. He probably could have tried to take advantage of us by making us buy a new unit but he didn't. I appreciated that. I have had no troubles with it since.

The actual installation of the company was good. We did not seem to have any problems. When we called them back for follow up they did not respond for a long time. The returning visits were terrible and I personally would not recommend this company to anyone.

We are selling our home and these items were listed on our inspection report as needed to be replaced or repaired. The flue-pipe system was a recall and could have been very dangerous if it cracked. Southern Comfort wasn't too busy to help me, (we have a contract with another company and they could not find the time) they understood the problem and came out immediately the same day to check the system and schedule the repairs. All repairs were made on time and done professionally. They are even helping me get the necessary paperwork together to get a partial refund from a program.

CALLED THEM AT 4PM ON A FRIDAY AND HE GLADLY SQUEEZED ME IN TO MEET AT 8:30AM THE NEXT MORNING ON A SATURDAY! VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE. PRICES WERE THE BEST I FOUND FOR DIAGNOSTICS. WOULD USE HIM AGAIN FOR SURE AND RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
