Description of Work: This is the second time I have used them for remediation due to water damage. This time it was for a burst water pipe in the bathroom over the garage (and into storage area) due to the freeze. The team moved all items out of the storage area, removed the wet mess of the ceiling that had fallen, took down the affected drywall and insullation and then set up the big fans to dry everything out. As usual there was followup until the place was fully dry. | |Craig and his team are always professional, answer whatever questions I have and followup to make sure I am happy with the results. I couldn't be happier with their work.

Overall, it went well. There was an issue with one of the subs and the work was redone without any issues.
Description of Work: Cleaned up the water damage in mutiple rooms as well as the repairs. Excellent service and did a great job.

 + 3 moreThey were unbelievable! They came in and knew what they had to do. Their people used covers on their shoes. There was nothing left undone, cleaned up well after themselves, and washed down the walls. Their people were accomodating, polite, and pleasant. There was not anything that I asked that they did not try to fix. They are currently trying to match up the cabinet stain on the cabinet doors with a specialist after the stain was removed in the fire. They will be bringing them back sometime this week.
Description of Work: Clean-up of smoke damage in the kitchen, living room, and re-did the entire downstairs (floors, carpets, washed the upholstered furniture, took everything out of cabinets and drawers-washed by hand and put back). They also brought in someone to do the vents in the air conditioning.
