They were excellent! They were comforting and very professional. They came back and checked every other day and got the job.

ServPro was very professional from the start. They responded as quickly as possible given that the weather had caused similar problems for people all over our area. Their technicians worked quickly, and with reasonable care for the occupants. The damage control was completed according to their time estimates. This being an insurance claim, we were more concerned about their record and the insurance company's view than the overall cost. The insurance company was very comfortable with ServPro. Their coordination with us through this process has been excellent. Our only delays have been caused by the insurance company!

The company would not give a quote before starting services. They demanded a $500 down payment and then would bill for services rendered. The technicians were more like a wrecking crew. When I asked them if they could be more careful with their cuts to make the repair easier, they said it was ok since their crews would be fixing it. I had removed some chair molding that was custom made and wanted to save it, they threw it away before I realized it. They were there for less than an hour and then came by 15 minutes each day for three days to check on the fans. We were billed for 3 hours work just to setup and maintain the fans. After they certified the area dry, they removed their fans and left. The carpet was soaking wet because they had folded it over and placed the fans right on the wet carpet. I had a choice to make, three more days of noisy fans or use my own fan to dry the carpet for much less. When I got the quote to fix the damage, it was over $1000 and adding up the itemized details did not amount to the total price. I could not get a good explanation for the difference. We chose not to have them do the repair work, even though it will cost more to fix after they did their hack job. I am sure that they are good if the job is really big and your insurance will be paying. I cannot recommend them for small problems when the damage is not devastating.

They did a good job. The price was covered by our insurance agency. We would use them again for future service.

They were great. They came out within 45 minutes of calling them. They were quick and everything was completed. Not only that, when they came to pick up the fans, they remembered that I was meeting them on my lunch break so they got their a little early to make sure I wouldn't have to wait for them!

WE WERE INITIALLY PLEASED THAT SERVPRO WAS ABLE TO RESPOND SO QUICKLY. THEY CALLED OUR INSURANCE ADJUSTER TO TELL HER THE FLOOD WAS WORSE THAN EXPECTED. ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS OVER THE FIRST WEEK, FRANK (SERVPRO) AND OUR ADJUSTER MET WITH US AND WE WENT OVER REMAINING WORK TO BE DONE AND ITEMS TO ADD TO THE LIST. EVERY TIME AFTER THAT MEETING I WOULD HAVE TO REMIND SERVPRO OF ITEMS THEY MISSED, THEY WOULD HAVE TO CALL ADJUSTER TO VERIFY AND IT DRAGGED ON. WHEN THEY PULLED UP THE WOOD FLOOR, THEY CAUSED ADDITIONAL DAMAGE TO THE DOOR AND FLOOR MOLDINGS THAT LATER HAD TO BE REPAIRED BY OUR RESTORATION CONTRACTOR. SINCE THEY WERE NOT OUR CHOICE, SENT BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY, WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY COMPARE TO OTHERS. WE DID MAKE THE INSURANCE COMPANY AWARE OF SERVPRO'S BELOW AVERAGE PERFORMANCE. ALSO, WE HAD SOME COMMUNICATION DIFFICULTIES WITH THEIR OFFICE STAFF AND THEIR INVOICE WAS VERY CONFUSING. WE HOPE WE DON'T HAVE TO USE THEM AGAIN.
