John was able to come in and provided great service. I called that morning and he came out by noon. They were a little expensive (reasonable) but they were very professional and knowledgable. I would use them again and would recommend their services to others.

They provided excellent service and were on time. I called them on a Friday night and they called back one hour after I called them. They came out Saturday morning on time and the job only took two or three hours.

The tech came out the same day I called. He was very courteous and professional. He showed me how to unclog the drain if it happens again plus he gave me a discount on the regular charge.

We had a water supply issue and we were able to get them and they responded and were out there and repaired it the same day, which we think was amazing. W would give them a call again.

They are willing to come out on the weekends. When they set a time they'll show up on time.

Quick response to my call, friendly but professional service. Problem with disposal after serviceman left. Returned to assist with disposal electrical problem at no added costl.

They did a wonderful job. They are prompt and available. They are competitively priced. The guys are always friendly and they know what they are doing. They're sharp and they are clean and you don't mind having them in your home. They are respectful.

The service person who came out was very professional and extremely sympathetic. Having been in the health profession myself, I really understand what real professionalism is and I recognized it in him immediately. I felt really at ease while he was here. I would recommend this business to others just because of this gentlemen.

I've used Roto Rooter for both emergency and routine maintenance work for over 20 years. I have older trees in my yard and their roots intrude into the outside pipes requiring maintenance every four or five years. My experience with Roto Rooter, both in terms of quick response and how they do the job, has always been very good. The only problem I've encountered is that several years ago, the technician arrived without the right equipment to flush the drain so I try to be very thorough when I call about the problem and describe the service that I need. In that case they sent out another technician quickly and without charging for the first visit.

They are reliable, always available and do a great job. We have used them on numerous occasions. Their price is reasonable for the amount of time they spend on the job.

They were quite expensive though they fixed the problem. They left my yard in a mess for which I am not happy about.

The gentleman that came out was very nice, but did not find out where the problem was. Everything seemed to be fine for about a day or two after he left. Suddenly my toilet would not flush. I called someone else (not from Roto Rooter) out to take a look at it. They pulled off the lid to the toilet tank and discovered that a brand new sock of mine was lodged in the tank. This was very unusual considering that I had never had a reason to look in the toilet tank, nor had any body else but the gentleman from Roto Rooter been in my bathroom during this time. Keep in mind that the sock was part of a brand new pair that I had purchased and only wore once. I did keep a clothing basket in my bathroom and the sock s mate was not mysteriously found in a rather hidden spot on my bathroom floor. It is my opinion that since the technician from Roto Rooter was unable to locate the problem, that they placed the sock in the tank so they would have a reason to come back out. I called the company to advise them of this, and their only response was the mention that I did receive a 10% senior discount. I am very disappointed in this company s practices.

The person who came was very nice. The disposal was under warranty but they didn't tell me and they sold me a new one. Then because of how they installed it my dishwasher stopped working.

We called the Ballantyne Roto Rooter. They came out so fast their feet must have caught fire! They assessed the situation (all toilets in the house were overflowing at once!) and got to work. Turns out we had roots in the exterior drains. They solved the problem right away for a good price. We'll use these guys exclusively!

AFTER MANY HOURS, ROTO ROOTER WAS ABLE TO FIX THE DRAIN PROBLEM AT MY HOUSE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE THE ENTIRE TIME. I HAD A UNIQUE SITUATION CAUSING THE JOB TO BE MORE DIFFICULT THAN USUAL AND HE TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD AND EVEN GAVE ME A BREAK ON THE TOTAL INVOICE.
