Brian was prompt in scheduling the appointment. Though we were able to manually light the pilot light when it went out unexpectedly, it seemed prudent to have the unit checked out. He drained out the residue as a maintenance, checked and adjusted the unit. Felt it had several more years of life on it.

This is the second time we've used Brian Rooker/Rooker Renovations for plumbing work. Both times, Brian responded in a timely way. He was thorough and professional-- and, a stickler for making something perfect!! Our floor and wall are not necessarily even or straight, but Brian was esp. diligent in making sure the new pedestal sink was precisely correct! He's professional and efficient-- we'll definitely use him again!

They came on time for the job. They stuck to the original estimate that they give me. The work was done well. I can't say enough good things about them. Their prices aren't cheap but they're certainly reasonable. I've used them a couple of times since for odd jobs.

Work went like clockwork. He coordinated well with other contractors so no time was wasted. He also went out of his way to locate special tub hardware for special order. Keeping his number handy for any future plumbing work we might need.

Brian came to provide an estimate for the work and fixed a faucet leak at no charge. He performed all of the rough-in and finish work (sink, disposer, dishwasher) within the budget that he provided. He was always very professional and positive. We will definitely hire again.

They were on Angie's List and had good feedback. They were reasonable priced and professional in the estimate. They show up when they say they will and have done great work.

Great! Brian was very flexible to meet our short notice schedule. He was professional and took time to explain what was needed. He helped a lot with sourcing some hard to find parts and explaining options to solve current problems with cost impacts. He arrived on-time, communicated open and completed tasks at the end of each day. Recommend him to anyone.

Great, again! I left a message on Saturday, Brian and his helper came over on Monday and hooked up my washer and dryer. I asked him to take a look at my kitchen sink because the hot and cold sides were reversed and he told me that the builder had mixed up the hot and cold pipes and had fed COLD washer to my dishwasher. I would NEVER had known about this if he hadn't told me. Thank you Brian!

It was delightful! Brian and his helper showed up on time, did the plumbing in about an hour, cleaned up, were friendly, and charged me $95 less than his original estimate.

Brian performed all of the work as outlined in the original contract. He's very trustworthy and dependable. We've been using the new kitchen and bathroom for the last few weeks and haven't had any issues at all with the plumbing. I'll definitely use Rooker Renovations again when I'm remodeling my second bathroom.

I needed to have the work done immediately, as we were moving the next day, and Brian came out promptly and fixed the problem quickly.

He is very knowledgeable and prompt. He makes an effort to come out and work for me even though he lives across town. He is also very neat and clean. He is so good he is like an artist.

Work was done neatly and efficiently. My original appt. had to be changed because he had an emergency call but he was able to schedule me later the same day. He always calls and lets you know what's going on. I very much appreciate that. Brian is a pleasure to work with.

BRIAN'S WORK IS SUPERB. ALL OF THE WORK WAS DONE ACCURATELY AND NEATLY, WITH SPECIAL ATTENTION TO DETAILS. ON A RELATED JOB HE HAD INSTALLED THE BATHTUB AND REPLACED THE EXISTING PLUMBING. THE WORK WAS NEAT AND PRECISE. I WAS ESPECIALLY IMPRESSED WITH HIS PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND KNOWLEDGE OF HIS TRADE. IT IS EVIDENT WHEN YOU TALK TO HIM THAT HE REALLY KNOWS HIS STUFF. AND HE IS VERY RELIABLE IN TERMS OF TIME. HE RETURNS CALLS QUICKLY AND KEEPS HIS APPOINTMENTS; IF FOR SOME REASON HE HAS TO RESCHEDULE HE'LL LET YOU KNOW. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. SIMPLY THE BEST.
