Review is for the Romanoff group located in Raleigh NC. Stephanie in Customer Service was very helpful, professional and friendly. The service techs (Felix and Chris) were very thorough and professional in resolving the issue. An interior trim nail had created a pinhole leak in the refrigerant line inside the wall. Romanoff was very quick to respond to our calling getting techs onsite to resolve. Both Felix and Chris were very thorough and professional in completing the repairs and ensuring the system was operating properly. Would definitely call them again.
