Description of Work: Cleaned my carpet. took 10 minutes and I was displeased with that. I wanted it all cleaned, not just the traffic areas. He cleaned an air vent and pulled on one that broke the wall, I told him to get out of my house. He wasn't acknowledging that he was the reason my drywall was damaged

Description of Work: The overall cleaning job was fine, but a couple things stuck out. I didn't see any warning that he was going to have to have an outside door open the whole time he cleaned. I have indoor cats, and had to corral them into rooms in a hurry so that they couldn't escape. The cats also leave a lot of cardboard shreddings from their scratch boards on part of the carpet, and he asked me to vacuum it before he would clean. I would figure a carpet cleaning service would do that for you. That translated into some other frustrations for me that wouldn't have otherwise occurred.

Description of Work: I think this company is very reasonable and by far the best carpet cleaning company in charlotte. not only did they do 2 carpeted areas in my house, they also cleaned a small chair, and my 2 door honda civic. very professional.
