Prestige Chem-Dry

I have used Prestige Chem-Dry for years. I used a different company one time and wished I hadn't. They do great work and are reasonably priced. They are all nice and helpful.

The tech was prompt, professional and very. He asked questions and did an excellent job. I would use them again as well as highly recommend them!

Their customer service is excellent. They picked up the rug immediately, cleaned it away and delivered it back. They offered us options about if it's going to be stored how we should package it. Their prices is actually right on, they're not overcharging for the specialty but we have Persian rugs that could possibly be decided on so they tested it first for possibly a type of organism.

I always use Prestige ChemDry to clean the carpets in my home and they are the best! A few years ago I made the mistake of using another company and I will never do that again - I will always use Prestige ChemDry from now on. The crew is always courteous and professional. The carpets always look great and I feel like they did a thorough job. Anytime I may have questions, they are very willing to answer them and share their knowledge.

I was very satisfied with the technician and his work. He was very thorough, and the carpet was dry within two hours. The price was right, the service was on time, and the young man was very mannerly.

The work was done within two weeks but I chose to wait another 2 weeks to have them returned. This was the best cleaning I have ever had done by anyone. The colors are much brighter and the rugs look almost brand new. I am extremely pleased with the job that was done. I moved all breakables but they moved all furniture that had to be moved. Thanks for a great job.

Everything went great! I received a phone call on the day of from the office saying the cleaners were finished with the previous job and could come early if I was available, which worked out prefect because I was I had to leave that day to drive to Asheville. The cleaners did a great job and went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend this company!

I have used this company for close to 10 years in 2 different homes and they always do an exceptional job. Good price, excellent customer service, and good quality work. I would never even consider using another company to clean my carpets. Its important to me to use ecofriendly products and the formula they use is. Other fly by night cheaper companies use a different process and your carpets will look matted and dirty in a couple of days. This has not been my experience with Chemdry. My carpets look great when they clean them and continue looking great for months.

We spilled paint on a rug and cleaned it with minerals. They picked it up when they said they would, in a timely manner. They had it back in 5 days. They kept with the quote they provided us and they were very professional. They even laid the rug back to where we had it when they returned it. They were very accommodating.

They use the most up to date equipment -- and they explain everything they are doing. The pink areas took a little extra work, at a small cost, but they said if the stain would not come out they would not charge me. My white carpets now look brand new. I would definitely use them again.

Chem Dry was wonderful. They were very dependable, honest and trustworthy. They kept me in the loop throughout the pick-up, cleaning and delivery process. The guys were careful when moving my furniture out of the way and worked with me to get everything back in its place when my clean carpets were delivered. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future. BONUS - they were great with pets!

Prestige Chem-Dry is the only company that I would consider using for carpet cleaning. They are a well run family business that take pride in the work they are doing. I have been using them for the past 5 years and in 3 different homes! Always have a great experience. Carolyn schedules all the appointments and they keep records of your past history so making appointments are easy! Justin and Ryan always come and do my home so they are familiar with my house and the areas that I need cleaned. Yes, you could buy a groupon from another company but save yourself the hassle and pick the best!

This is the second time I have used Prestige ChemDry and I have been very pleased both times. They do a great job, are professional and always are very careful with items in my house. I have also used them to clean an oriental area rug and they did a great job, as well. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants their carpets cleaned !!

I don't know how we first got hooked up with them. Maybe they did our house when we first moved in and we just continued to call them because the service level was fine. Their price was probably in line with what we were charged the previous times.

It is a family owned company and whenever I talk to the mother and daughter and they always remember me and the work they’ve done for me in the past. They are always friendly, they do a great job and are very thorough with their cleaning.

After getting the quote the technician came by and did the cleaning. It only took him about 2 hours to complete the job. Once he was finished he let me know that I would need to allow the furniture to completely dry but that it should take no more than 12 hours. After the furniture dried it looked amazing. A few weeks later some water was spilled on the couch and while drying it, there appeared to be dirt coming up with the water. I called the company back and spoke to Carolyn about what I was seeing. She promptly rescheduled a technician to come back and see what the problem was. The couch was re cleaned and he explained to me that what I was seeing was called "flocking" where the color comes off of the upholstery in areas that aren't high traffic like the back of the couch. The customer service that Carolyn provided assured that they would be contacted again when I need some more cleaning.
