They helped clear out the area that was to be paved and were very efficient at getting the work done. The initial contact was with a young man who was very polite and very personable. I was very impressed by him. They did an excellent job of paving my driveway and the area next to my garage. I would definitely recommend them to any and all who need blacktop work done.

They did a excellent job highly recommend this company. They did a lot of extra things for me. Driveway looks very nice.

Their cleanup was sub, sub normal. Debris had to picked up from porches, sidewalks, in between stones on circle. They plugged up a french drain by running the asphalt machine over it. They did not reply to my telephone calls after my inspections. They did not apply asphalt quickly causing irregular texture that will deteriorate driveway quicker. They tried to sell a seal coating to cover up their poor job and with additional cost that I decline. Poorest example of a 2" asphalt layer job I have seen or experience in years. Did not provide and adequate receipt after requested. Would not recommend them to anyone. I am very dissatisfied. I would never recommend them to anyone. They try to oversell their capabilities.

John , the owner, and his son, Isaac were there all the time. They had top notch equipment, were extremely efficient.....removing our 300 ft. concrete drive in one day, grading the second day and finishing the third day. Polite and cleaned up after themselves. Reasonable prices and went above and beyond in altering depth of asphalt to improve the pitch of our driveway. Everything was done an promised and have a beautiful drive to show for it. Highly recommend!

Premier Construction was the only one of four recommended contractors for my driveway project that actually contacted me. They were out the next day and provided me a quote on the spot, my driveway was installed before the end of that same week. The driveway is just a couple weeks old, so hard to give it a 5 star rating just yet, but based on the initial work , I would recommend this company to anyone interested in having an asphalt driveway installed.

Very fast response took care of my project very quickly. Did have a few issues which they resolved satisfactorily. I would say use the old adage trust but verify.

very professional, answered any questions or concerns about recovering my driveway before job was scheduled. very fair pricing. final bill exactly as quoted. had a problem with spreader, but fixed it quickly with no delay completing job. quality of the work was excellent. driveway looks great. would highly recommend this contractor.

I would have submitted this review sooner, but people kept coming by to look, complement and get contact information. The FACEBOOK response for the Village has been positive. The driveway WAS a two and a half car wide drive with a RV parking area. The RV parking area was a giant flat surface and a flat area is a, for most mem. A place to store/put things. The project consisted of reconstructing the RV area to a walkway, removing the RV surface from the driveway and leveling the driveway surface to be level with concrete adjuncts. This required that 10 feet be removed and replace in the concrete adjunct in the new walkway area, the contractor graded by removing and relocating the what was under the RV area to make a new bed for the walkway. The was coordinated and the whole project was completed in about 6 hours. Some minor/major points: The contractor brought in 7 yds of dirt to rough grade the places where the asphalt was removed. The contractor insured that abutments with concrete were level The edges were finished and curved areas around garden areas were perfect with no plant damage Although extra, the contractor applied a sealer that has a five lifespan, well worth the money. The price was as estimated bad the contractor “do not pay me unless you are completely satisfied “. I was so satisfied that included a small gratuity. Oh yeah, they are insured and licensed and fully capitalized (they own all the equipment). A score of 5 seems a bit low! Stop by and peek, we are in Minerva Park.
