Samantha arrived on time, worked with me for 4 hours, had the supplies she needed to quickly organize my papers and other items, and shared strategies with me to continue the process.  I got my money's worth. 
Be prepared to move through your project you have quickly.  The strategies and suggestions she gave me help keep me moving toward my goal of a more organized and simplified environment.

My goal was to have my house looking better at the end of the fours hours then it did but that was not fully achieved.  I showed her multiple areas that needed attention, but she just mainly focused on the kitchen and did not get to the other areas of the house.

"It was a pleasure meeting and working with [member name removed]. The Big Deal purchase was for 4 hours of organizing with 1 organizer. [member name removed] did show us the home and areas she would have like to have organized, but the scope of work far exceeded the 4 hour time frame allocated to this project. It is correct, that much of the time was spent in the kitchen area. The cabinets on one side of the kitchen were detached from the wall and as a result many of the items were on the surfaces, as there was insufficient functional cabinet space for all the kitchen items. In addition to organizing the kitchen, [member name removed] asked the organizer to remove two older rugs from the living area. Furniture had to be moved and the organizer took the rugs outside as asked. Once this was done and the area was cleaned, the new rug was positioned and furniture was moved to its original place. The suggestion was made to [member name removed] to consider additional hours of organizing to de-clutter and organize remaining areas of the home."

Fiorella and Sam spent four hours with us and helped to re-ignite a stalled attempt to clean out 17 years' worth of clutter. They are fast and focused, easy to work with, and full of good ideas and contacts. Wish I'd found them years ago!

Although this has not been a recent use of Pea Organizing they are professional and can offer services to take discarded or unwanted items and find other uses for them. I am an organizer by nature but could not do this job for my husband and believe me, I had tried. Pea Organizing listened to my husband and adapted a system that worked for him. Gone we're the piles of mail and papers!

Some friends had given me a gift certificate for the initial assessment and 4 hours of organizing.  After I contacted Pea Organizing Services, Fiorella came to my house for the initial assessment.  She was professional and non-judgmental, and she emphasized that every recommendation she made was a suggestion.  After the visit, she sent me a report, where she went room by room and made suggestions for the improvement.  
Each session, the organizer asks me what I want to accomplish, and then we tackle a room or (for some spaces), a section of a room.  She always helps me clean up afterwards and separate out items to donate, recycle, or trash.

They are all a pleasure to work with. They work fast and are very good at what they do. They will do whatever is asked of them. They offer ideas and suggestions without ever sounding pushy or bossy. They even bring their label maker to label what it is they are organizing. Marcy is just a doll, I worked with her the most. She is wonderful! The price per hour is a bit high from other's I have used in the past but the owner, Fiorella, has done a great job at assessing my needs and making accommodations as much as possible.  I plan on having them back out very soon!

Samantha was prompt, focused, energetic, and professional.  Previously, on my own, sorting ONE box would finish a day's chore session for me, but Samantha tactfully encouraged me to keep going as we progressively sorted through all closets, drawers, cabinets, table and shelf surfaces, and household items.  As she predicted, by working in 4-hour chunks of time, we were able to see a lot of progress each time.  We sorted things into several categories:  Keepers, To put elsewhere, Goodwill, and trash.  It seemed like the percentages were something like:  80% keep, 10% Goodwill, 10% trash (old documents, etc).  Samantha exceeded expectations all the way around, and especially by helping me take the trash to the dumpster, and by taking many items to Goodwill for me -- whew!  For the things we kept, she helped me tidy them up and put them neatly in storage locations/containers for me.  She labeled boxes and drawers.  The condo is now sooooo much more organized, and relaxing to be in.  It is much easier to keep clean and to put things away.  I can keep up better with my weekly cleaning chores, which are only minor and much easier to do, since everything else is tidy and neatly put away.  Samantha was able to be accepting of my possessions, and she also kept a gentle sense of humor that helped keep things moving along.  Samantha was already experienced in organization, and it was obvious, especially when we got to the kitchen areas.  She had advised a lot of clients on kitchens before, so she already had good ideas about where to put things, and how to group like items together.  Previously, I wasn't sure how much an organizing company could help me, but Samantha did a great job, and I highly recommend her and Pea Organizing.

I have been using them on a regular basis. They charged me $55 for an hour. The last time that they came, they stayed for four hours. They were very helpful in helping me to make my rooms more functional and more logical in the way they were laid out. The rooms were more organized, less cluttered and more structural. I have been very pleased with the work that they did. Everything was very straight forward. They were easy to work with and very available.

Excellent. Fiorella came for an initial visit and reviewed my situation. Then she returned with an assistant, Sam, and they went to work. I am very pleased. I was miserable in both my office and home. Now I am quite comfortable in both. That's exactly what I wanted to accomplish.

After visiting their website to request more information, I was contacted by Kristina Barrett. She and I set up an appointment. I needed an after hours or weekend appointment as I work during the day. She suggested a Saturday. I was very excited I wouldn't have to do this after a long day at work. Kristina was very accommodating about working on the weekend. On the appointed day, she arrived on time and after a quick tour of the house, we began with the closet. She brought some storage containers so we didn't have to stop or leave things unfinished because I had to purchase items. Next, we worked on the office. She was very helpful in establishing a filing system. She even had a label maker so the files looked professional and not just hand written. At the end of the day (the two areas took about 3 hours total), we wrote out a list of the few things that I had to purchase to complete the job. The items that she purchased and brought with her that we used were included in the final bill. The whole process (even the actual organizing) was fun! Sometimes you think that a friend can help you with these types of projects, but it was great to have a professional, and an impartial party to get the project done. I would hire Pea again in a minute.

Great, love working with them. They were energetic and took a hands on approach to do the sorting and tossing, the donating. They were creative with space solutions to free up usable space. I will call them again to do organizing projects such as photos and keepsakes. I would highly recommend them to others. They made my before and after look as good as on TV!

Finola was prompt, and was very informative. We spent the hour discussing options for the best use of space, and she made many suggestions. She took measurements, and listened to my needs for the space. She generated a report out of our discussion with links to potential types of furniture to try, and many options to consider. I plan to have her back out for 1/2 or a full day to assist with the organizing once the furniture is bought and ready.
