Received prompt response to request for estimate. Very detailed estimate was provided and when we modified some aspects of the quote, we received an updated estimate. The estimate was not the lowest or the highest, but perceived as fair. We required that a specific stain be used to match existing shingles, and when supplier provided the wrong color, our crew went back and got them to correctly match the stain. They were good about checking in at each step along the way. The crew took care to cover/remove patio furniture so it could not be damaged, and also kept the grounds very neat at the end of each day. They also repaired more rotted wood than the original estimate assumed, but did not charge any extra for it. The owner, Jon, routinely stopped by, and on some days, came back several times to check on progress. The crew was mindful of weather and made it a point to do work in a way that would be unaffected by rain. We had very few items that needed touch-up or attention at the end of the work, but the crew had identified almost all of them anyway.

Jon arrived on time for his estimate and was able to provide a quote and references. When we were ready to proceed with the job Jon and his crew were able to start within a week. Day one involved pressure washing. Day two was prep and priming. Day three was finish coats and trim coats. The crew worked all day each day they were on site and tarped everything to keep from getting paint where it shouldn't be. Any concerns or additional tasks I requested be added to the job were addressed promptly by Jon. We are very pleased with Painting & Moore's work and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.

Jon, the owner, was professional and returned all phone calls and emails promptly. The painting crew arrived daily at the designated time, they were neat with their work and careful with our property. The head painter was excellent and knows painting. At the end of the job, Jon wanted us to review all the work that was done to ensure our customer satisfaction.

Everything was great, very pleasurable experience and will certainly use the company in the future.

The crew did an excellent job and took care of every request I came up with. They were quiet, cleaned up at the end of each day and were very accommodating and pleasant. At the final inspection, neither my husband nor myself could find anything wrong. They even took care of the baby birds that were hanging on my front porch by climbing a ladder to put them in a nearby tree and returning them when the job was over. Their work is impeccable.

It was great. John came out and gave me a quote within a day of contacting me and even followed up with a new quote very quickly after I requested more services (the quote was very detailed and John even offered suggestions for paint colors and even told me what could be put off another year to save me money). The workers showed up on time, every day, and worked until around 7 pm at night. They cleaned up after themselves. The paint job looks terrific. John came out on the last day and did a check himself and noticed things I didn't even spot - the workers came out the next day to do some touch up painting. The price included a five year warranty. It was one of the lowest quotes I received as well. I will use them next year when I do some interior painting.

The job went well from the prep work to the actual paint job. I was excited and pleased to have it completed. The crew were courteous and punctual and the job site was cleaned up daily. Jon told me how long that the work would take and was present each day to make sure the crew was on schedule. It was a pleasant experience and I hope to have these guys for future work.
