Greg came to do the estimate -- very professional and helpful. Left an estimate with details of scope of work. Once scheduled, Jesus power-washed our deck and then returned with a crew the following week to apply the stain. The deck looks absolutely fabulous again. Greg took plenty of time to explain pros and cons of different types of stain. Jesus and his crew were very professional and committed to making sure we were happy with the final result. We could not be more pleased.

This company was great to work with! They were very professional and kind, from the owner, to the workers, to the woman who scheduled my appointment for an estimate. They were even willing to work with me on the cost, and that went a long way for me. I did get several other estimates and while not the cheapest, they were competitive and fair in their pricing. They did a great job, the two men who came out to do the work were very respectful of my property, took care to cover everything well, and were very careful. They were thorough and detailed in their work and they cleaned everything up nicely. I can tell they take pride in their work and that is a company I want to do business with. I would definitely have them do additional work in the future and recommend them to others.

Wes was prompt and professional for the initial estimate. I got three estimates. Painting & Moore was very close to one of the others and the third was much higher. I needed these items completed by a certain timeline and they seemed more likely to get it done sooner. They were able to fit me in a week after I called to schedule. One team came on Wednesday to pressure wash prep both the deck and the faux stone. They were on time, professional and courteous. They even moved a couple of heavier items off the deck for me. The following day a different team showed up to do the sealing/staining. Again, a great team - they invited me to check on progress throughout and were very nice. Painting & Moore did a great job on both projects. They were here maybe a few hours on Wednesday for pressure washing, a full day Thursday, and half of Friday to put the second coat of stain on the deck. Very quick and efficient overall. Wes was also here each morning and the end of the day to check on things, which I appreciated having missed this supervision on various other unrelated projects by other providers in recent history. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. I will be having the interior painted in the hopefully not too distant furniture and plan to use them for that as well. Thanks!

We are very pleased with the outcome. This is our second time using Painting & Moore. Both times we have been very pleased with the attention to detail and quality.

Crew showed up on time, very friendly. Furniture was already removed so they went right to work. Finished in less than a day. Looks great. Cleaned up afterward and left room in excellent condition.

The workers arrived on Oct. 5, 2015 and completed the project Oct 8. I had arranged for any wood repair to be completed prior to their arrival but they identified any additional problems so the repairs could be completed before painting. All gutter down spouts were removed before pressure washing and painting. This I was impressed with because previous painters had painted around them. The painters were very thorough and professional and always available to answer any questions that I may have during the process. Cleanup was performed after the project was completed and I have been very pleased with the work that was performed.

Great communication and very prompt. The overall painting looks pretty good. Had the ceiling done as well as the walls, and there are a couple places where they meet that it looks a little off, but not super noticeable. My main concern is with the drops of paint on our hardwoods in both bedrooms (not a lot, but enough). The rooms were empty so didn't have to work around anything either. Also, there was paint dripped on our kitchen cabinets where they obviously washed out their brushes in the sink.

They were very professional and thorough. They even vacuumed the porches where they had to do some sanding. They worked really hard and the job was done very efficiently. I would definitely use them again.,.

The job went really well. Our initial meeting was with Wes and he was very helpful in guiding us on what needed to be done versus what did not need to be done . I feel like this saved us on some unnecessary costs. They were very punctual and professional. Wes was available throughout the project to answer any questions. They did need to come back for a product related issue and were very timely and professional (and this was after full payment was made). If we had one gripe ... They could have done a better job on cleanup; however, we will definitely use them again in the future.

We hired Painting and Moore a few months ago to paint the exterior of our house and we were very pleased with their work. Painting and Moore did an equally good job on our deck last week--very careful, thorough, meticulous work. The work crew arrived at the agreed time each day and they did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each day. Our deck was overdue for maintenance---it was quite dirty---but now it looks beautiful! I continue to be impressed with the high professional standards at Painting and Moore. I strongly recommend this company!

Our 100+ years old farmhouse is on the historical register and badly needed some TLC. Greg Moore gave us a detailed estimate of the work that would be involved in painting and replacing wood that had rotted. He promised to oversee the work and as promised, he stopped by every day to check on the crew's work. Greg was very helpful, professional and always returned my calls promptly. The crew worked hard (job took about a week) and did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the quality of the work that was done. We also appreciate how thoughtful Greg and his team were, consulting us about any changes and always, checking that we were pleased with the progress of the work.The owner and Greg came by after completion of the job to follow up. This was a wonderful experience for our family and we're thrilled to see the farmhouse looking the best it's looked in years! We highly recommend this company!

Fantastic experience start to finish. The quality of their work was exceptional. Gil was on time to give a quote and personally went over each room they painted with me. I have plenty to paint in this house and look forward to using them again.

We had used Painting and Moore before to paint the exterior of our house and to stain the deck. This time, Greg Moore came out to do the estimate. He recommended a thorough cleaning plus a brand and type of stain for our deck's particular needs. He was very patient with me in answering my questions. Once we hired P & M, they scheduled us for two weeks later. They were able to meet that estimated timing. The crew came out one day to pressure wash. The next day, they returned to apply two coats of stain. I was pleased with the color I chose; it was just what I wanted. The crew worked diligently and did a great job! They cleaned up after themselves, too. We're very pleased with the deck. My husband said it looked like a new deck!

Painting team of Liesha and Holman was terrific. They arrived on time and made very fast and easy work of patching all holes, taping off the baseboards, putting down tarps, covering furniture and putting two coats of paint on the walls. Clean up was great. Very professional and friendly as well. Would ask for them again any time we need painting services again. The outcome was perfect.

From estimate to cleanup they were all so professional and did a great job. Other companies wouldn't even come to give me an estimate because i didn't need the whole house painted - direct quotes - but Painting & Moore took care of me, and is helping me to figure out how to address an abnormal issue. Fantastic and flexible in terms of scheduling - it was a great experience. Don't hesitate to call them!

The painters where on time. Everything seem to go well until I left to go out of town, (my daughter stayed until my husband got home from work). The took so long in the living/dinning room, that they got up to the bedrooms later in the day. They wanted to come back the next day, but my husband told them he would not be able to come home from work and they would have to finish up on Saturday. They asked if they could stay and finish. My husband said yes. They were there late in the night and my husband needed to go to bed. I told him to tell them to get to a stopping point and come back in two days, because my trip got cancelled and I was heading home the next day. When I met with Mr. Moore the next day, he was upset they stayed late because he was told my husband told them they couldn't leave until they were done. This was far from the truth, my husband really didn't want to deal with painters in the first place. Out of the four people there, only one could speak English, and it was a bad miscommunication. Two of the painters came back and finished the job. I heard Mr. Moore tell them to check really carefully and make sure it was perfect. It's been over a month and I am still finding to touch up. The paint they used, not sure if something was put in it to cut it or not, but it was a little sticky a few days later. I took a picture off the wall the other day that I had hung on the wall a week after the room was painted, and it was sticking to the wall. Mr. Moore was nice and wanted everything to be perfect. After he confronted the workers about the miscommunication about them staying late, made me feel uncomfortable that he did it in front of me. They appeared upset and mad at me after Mr. Moore left. I never called him back about the touch up, i just fixed it myself.

Painting and Moore showed up exactly on schedule and they completed their work exactly on schedule. They did beautiful work. The exterior painting looks great and the carpentry work was precise and had great attention to detail. The price for their work was fair--and there were no surprises. The price I paid when the job was completed exactly matched the estimate. Their clean-up was so thorough that I would never have known they had been there---except now my house looks a whole lot better.

We have used them previously. The email requesting an estimate was responded to promptly. They were able to set-up an appointment with Greg the next day. Greg understood our needs and provide a very reasonable estimate. He indicated work was being scheduled a couple of weeks out. We contacted Greg to schedule the work. Fortunately he was able to send a crew over the next day to do the pressure washing. Poly and his crew arrived on time and discussed the work they would be doing that day. They did a great job of cleaning the house. The gutters looked like new. In a few days the same crew came out to stain the deck. Again they showed up on time and went directly to work. They paid extra attention to the lattice around the deck. I couldn't be more pleased. Great experience and would highly recommend.

Great- key was the Supervisor on the job Jose who was here each day (except the last half day) and Wes the sales person-communication was constant-Painting & Moore provide a 'pamphlet" with all details right up front including COInsurance. Like night and day from our first painting contractor who was sloppy and unreliable with time on job- eventually fired. Highly recommend them.

I had recently installed a wood privacy fence in my backyard. I was wanting to get my fence stained and received a quote from Painting and Moore that was extremely inflated in my opinion. I was very disappointed.
