Description of Work: The carpet wasn't cleaned properly. Stains were not taken out and the rugs are stiff as a bored. They feel dirty on my bare feet. It wasn't a deep clean that I was expecting. He came in with a vacuum that I could have rented at the local store. Very disappointed because he didn't move furniture like he said he would. Said that the furniture would bleed onto the rug. I've always had pieces of brown cardboard put underneath the furniture when it was moved. Now I have half a dirty carpet. Looked great when I first saw it but hours later it's filthy looking.

Description of Work: OxiFresh of Greater Charlotte promptly arrived at the house to tour the rooms to be cleaned. The technician was extremely polite and professional and took great pride in both the service and the product provided. The technician made me feel very comfortable and excited about the carpet cleaning process and outcome. I will defintely be calling them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in having their carpets cleaned.
