They were great. It was excellent because of the punctuality, the price and quality.

They were fine. They came on time and it was reasonably priced. They did a good job. They were professional and cleaned up. I would recommend them. Their price was a little bit on the high side. They don't use water; they use organic chemicals.

It went well. They were prompt, came out when we asked them too. Good value, charged what they said they were gonna charge, and showed up when they said they were going to.

When I scheduled the appointment, I explained that I had numerous pet stains, and they assured me that they would not be a problem at all. When the technician arrived, he convinced me that I would need an add-on treatment to help with the pet stains, which, of course, would increase the originally quoted price. I agreed, as I was preparing my home for the market. When I arrived back home after the job was complete, the stains were more noticeable than before. They emailed me a survey after the job, which I completed, explaining how disappointed I was in the service, and a pop-up box claimed that they were very sorry for my disappointment and that they would be in touch. I have never heard from them again. I would NEVER recommend this company.

I made my appt on line with a quote of $187. The technician called to say he would be a little early to the appt if that was okay. He checked the rooms and sofa we wanted cleaned, told us what he would do and how long it would take. He did the job professionally and courteously. When he was finished with the cleaning, we checked the carpets and sofa - the carpets were almost dry then. They definitely were dry within the hour. The cost was exactly what I had been quoted on line. I would use OxiFresh again without hesitation.

The price was extremely fair. The owner Chris sent a guy out named Tony. Tony was a good person, and really great to deal with. I am going to use them again in the future, and wouldn't even think about calling anybody else.

Everything went great with this company. They came out and cleaned our carpet thoroughly and everything looked really clean and dried within hours. The carpet wasn't crunchy at all and it looked great and wasn't wet for days. I like that it was healthy cleaning and dried really fast. The people are professional and the price can't be beat.

The quoted price was only $86 but I added a $9 tip because I was so pleased with the end result! Plus, the technician who performed the cleaning service was a very polite young man. I have used another carpet cleaning service for the past 2 years, and they were also very friendly and worked hard to clean the carpets. However, they used the 'steam cleaning' method which doesn't put down as much water into the carpets, but it would still take several hours to fry. Plus, when they did dry, the old stains would become visible again. Not so with the Oxi-fresh treatment! I was so surprised to see my nice dry carpets with almost NO visible stains! They were able to remove 95% of the stains. I couldn't have been more pleased and have re-scheduled another service with them for Oct. 12th. The only thing the other steam clean service offered that Oxi-Fresh did not was a 'fragrance' to add into the carpet. So, I bought a can of Fabreze! ;-)

They were excellent. The young man that did the cleaning did an excellent job. We liked how honest he was about the situation we had. He came out once and was not able to do the work. The first time we had him out we had another company that damaged a sofa with a leaky ink pen. The young man from Oxi Fresh said they would not be able to get the stain out. He was so honest that we decided to have him come out the next time we needed service. We made a note that Matt did such a great job that we wanted him to do the second service and he has made us a big fan of Oxi Fresh. He was a 100% professional and arrived on time. He is a younger person who seemed very proud of his job and was very knowledgeable with what he was doing.

The work was excellent. They showed up on time and started working. I have cats so I had some cat stains and they removed them.

No complaints about the staff, the system is not an extraction type. When the technician showed up in a regular unmarked personal vehicle I was skeptical from the start. This looks to be a way for an entrepreneur to get into this business with little up front capital, since the equipment didn't appear to be anything special. End result, the carpets were not any cleaner than if I had used my Hoover carpet shampooer. I mistakenly bought a group on for this company since my preferred companies' name starts with Oxy as well. Wont make that mistake again.

The overall experience was great, the young man who came out called to say he was ahead of schedule and could come sooner, which was fine with me. He was very pleasant and professional, he helped me move some of the furniture while he explained how their system is very different from traditional steam cleaning. They recommend a light vacuuming before the cleaning, but he explained it was not absolutely necessary. I did vacuum before he came. The high traffic areas came out better than I anticipated, he really took his time going over them to ensure he got as much dirt up as possible. I had a coupon for cleaning 2 rooms, but they allowed me to count the stairs as a room. I was very happy that the carpets were dry within an hour, unlike steam cleaning which requires several hours of drying time. Carpets came out great, would definitely use them again (especially if I get my hands on another coupon!).

Terrible. In one word, it was terrible. Setting up the appointment was easy, however when the serviceman arrived, he immediately quoted me a different price and he was very aggressive when I challenged him on it. We agreed to pay the higher price, but the work was not what I expected. They spray the carpet and vacuum it with their machine. There is no deep cleaning whatsoever. My carpets were not as good clean as I would have hoped. It doesn't really look I had the carpet/stairs cleaned. I have used White Knight Steamers in the past and with them, my carpets looked brand new after the cleaned them. I suppose the Oxifresh process doesn't work well for my carpets. The only thing I can say is that they offered to stop and not charge me for the service since I wasn't happy, but i let them finish the job just to give it a fair chance. I don't think I will use them again in the future. I had White Knight come out today to clean the carpet and I am now happy with the results. I am pleased with the owners attempt to rectify the issue. He called immediately and offered to come out again, which I appreciate it. He was also very pleasant. But I just don't think the process will work for me.
