Oxi Fresh of Charlotte Carpet Cleaning

It was great. I just purchased on Angies list yesterday and they came out the very next day ( they wanted to come out the very same day but no one was home). We had a recent spill of five gallons of water on a rug and it started to stink like a wet moldy basement but after these guys were done if was back to a nice clean house smell. The tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend oxifresh to anyone and everyone.

Technician called way before the scheduled time to let me know he was running late. Arrived when I expected him. Reviewed the rooms and agreed to include closets since he was running behind, usually there's a $10 upcharge for closets. Carpet looks great, technician went over each room and showed me the places where stains were removed and showed each room was done completely and let me know the last residents never cleaned the carpet. Good information to know. Perfectly professional and much appreciated.

They got all my old dog's stains out of my carpet and it looks brand new. Matt & Glenn were fabulous and I had a great time chatting with them while they worked. I have had my carpets cleaned by different steam cleaners in the past and it never looked this good. Plus it is pet friendly. I will most definitely use them again and again.

They were excellent. I recall that. I was very impressed. The price was very good. I got them off from Angie’s List. It was at a reduced price. It was very reasonable. He was right on time. The young man who came out was very diligent. He worked very hard. He stayed until his job was perfect, as it could have gotten. That is why I remembered it. It was a very, very nice job.

Cleaner was an hour late but called ahead to say he would be an hour late but called ahead to let us know. Cleaner was professional and worked hard but honestly the results were not great. In fact Ive gotten better results from a rental cleaner from Lowes for 40 bucks including cleaning solution. I don't think their system just has enough oomph to get the real dirt and pet stains out. Feel ripped off. Feel bad for the guy doing the cleaning. If your time is worth 60 bucks an hour than great, but if not just rent.

They did a great job. The guy could not get the stain out of a piece of furniture and they didn't charge me for it....that was really nice.

The service was fine. It probably would have done better with just a straight steam cleaning. We ended up replacing it after all. It was old carpet.

Service man was late. He told me he was running behind due to a rude customer. He came in and did not remove his shoes or put any protective cover on. He also missed spots and did not move any light furniture.

This was a great experience from the first contact with the company. They confirmed the appointment, called before a prompt arrival,and did a great job cleaning.

When I called to schedule the appointment the girl on the phone was very rude to me.

I highly recommend this organization. Kevin was very hard-working and was able to get strains out. Customer service was probably one of the best experiences I've had. The owner without being asked lowered my price simply because my appt had to be changed. I'm flexible and understand these thing occur. I think in this day customer service is lacking, so I'm surprised when it's taken seriously. This organization is a model for how people should be treated. Thank you.

We had some communication issues. The owner was very professional and apologetic but we couldn't meet on the times I needed.

The person arrived on time with his equipment. Was very couteous and too his time cleaning all the areas. We had bought a new house and wanted the carpets cleaned. Carpets were not very dirty to begin with, but I was satisfied with the end result.

We were very happy with the results. Removed many stains that my wife didnt think would come out.

Everything went just as scheduled, and came out beautifully. We wanted the carpets cleaned in order to prepare for putting our house on the market. Our house went under contract after just one day. We will use them again for our new house!

Tech was running a little late and that was fine when he arrived he asked me to show him the areas that needed cleaning. He asked if I knew about the process that they used and I told him no. He explained it to me and began to clean the carpet. He then came back and said I have to be hones the process we use does not work well on Berber carpet, He continued to see if he could work on one spot in my daughters room that did not come clean, He called his manager and they told him to tell me that I will have to get a refund from Angie's List.

I have a big house. They cleaned several rooms and a hallway. They were super nice. It was the second time I used them.

They did a fine job with rugs that needed basic cleaning but they were not able to handle a funky big chunky weave rug though they tried to figure out a solution. They were not able to remove the spots - they returned quickly. But the rugs smelled good, the team was fast and the rugs were cleaner.

I hired Oxifresh to clean the carpets in my apartment. The guy who came to clean them called me earlier in the day to confirm the appointment and was very nice. Our carpets looked great when he was through as well. Small company, very personable staff, will definitely use them again!

Went great. Service person was friendly and professional and paid a lot of attention to detail, pulling back furniture and cleaning underneath etc.

Excellent results. No complaints. Company uses a non-toxic , chemical free cleaner which leaves behind no irritating, headache producing or allergy aggravating smell.

I called to make the appointment and we discussed ini detail, what would be done and the best 'special' for my needs. She was thorough, professional, and I believe gave me a fair deal. The cleaner called before he came to my home, was a few minutes early (a pleasant surprise!) and got right to work. He vacuumed all the rooms/areas that were to be cleaned and proceeded to steam the carpets. He was professional and pleasant. When he was done, the house smelled nice (not of chemicals or musty wet carpet), and he explained about the drying times. I'm not sure why, but the foyer area took a lot longer to dry than the other areas. Buy by morning, all looked beautiful.

Found a good Groupon rate and they were well reviewed. Scheduling was easy. The cleaner showed up on time and looked things over. He estimated that the stairs and BR were included in the deal, but the small hallway would be extra ($10) and I agreed. The whole process took less than an hour. The carpet looks great. Maybe not "good as new", but for a 10 year old carpet - it looks great.

It was good. It was a good service and they came on time, if not early. They were quick and efficient.
