From sale to installation they have the process down, bought on Friday at 3pm, was installed Saturday by 3pm! Very professional, other "one-man shows" who quoted came in around same price, but MJ has the service structure and resources to support me post sale! Well worth it, great experience!

Service tech was very professional; called beforehand, wore booties inside the house, and took care of the problem. The "repair" basically consisted of showing us the right way to ignite the pilot light, which I hadn't been able to figure out from the instructions on the water heater itself. (I had thought something was broken because it wouldn't light.) It was an expensive lesson but aside from the price I have no complaints.

Water heater is working, just 13 years old so inefficient . Gave us a quote for a replacement water heater and a quote to install a booster to prolong the life of our old one a bit.

He takes the time to get things done correctly.

Chase assessed the situation where our air conditioning overflow pan drained into our ceiling. He told us what needed to be done and exactly what it would cost. He explained everything thoroughly and fixed the problem. Couldn't be happier!

Tech came within 2 hrs. of the call, he check the water heater told me what was wrong, give me a cost to get a new one, then call back to the office and they sent another tech with a new heater and it was install with in the hour. Both techs was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Morris-Jenkins to anyone.

One year ago I changed to Morris-Jenkins for service of my home air-conditioning and heating systems. As it turns out, I should have done this long ago. The quality and thoroughness of their service is outstanding. They really dive inito the units and do so much more than just a cursory check-up. My technician today, Jody, was really top notch. Knowledgeable, thorough, clean cut and a good communicator. Based on my past two service calls I can recommend Morris-Jenkins and Jody without reservation.

Jimmy was great. Has a nice and pleasant attitude and presents himself professionally. He performed the bi-annual maintenance on our system which was very thorough. He seems to enjoy his work and likes the company he works for, which is always a plus in my book. :-)

The install of my new water heater was both quick and complete.
