Chris Valentine was on time, neat and knowledgeable. He explained all the options and there was no sales pressure. He removed the old damaged pipes and installed brand new pipes in a reasonable time frame. Tested the installation and checked the garbage disposal for proper operation. The work area was left clean. If we need plumbing work again, we will call Morris-Jenkins and ask that Chris be sent to our home.

I have used this company in the past, but this time I think they tried to overcharge me as an absentee owner. He tried to charge me $2100 for an apartment size hot water heater when I've paid less than $1000 to replace one in the Attic of a 3500 SQ ft house. I refused to pay it and said I would get someone else to come out. Then, all of a sudden, he found the reset button and didn't charge me anything. This is why I have them a low overall score and I will think twice before using them again.

The company had items priced but some of the jobs duplicated steps . They wanted to charge a fee for each step regardless if it was duicated to get to the objective .

Had a leak from shower to ceiling below. Jeff was able to spot the issue in under an hour. He diagnosed that it was not a plumbing issue and recommended another contractor to fix the issue.

We had a complicated bathroom remodeling project , and MJ continued to send workers until the project was completed, sometimes coming on the weekends or in the evenings. The plumbers and helpers always worked well together and wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied. The scheduling operators were also very efficient and understood whatever my concern was. It is great to be able to talk with someone after hours and on weekends, should the need arise. Excellent work and extraordinary customer service!

The initial call was negative the man said I needed a new HWH with out coming out first... Overall afterwards they were professional. 😶😶

I had them replace 4 faucets in my house. They were fast. It took about 1.5 hours and cleaned up after themselves.

Wes the service man came in within the specified time, determined the problem and repaired the issue quickly and at a good price. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Good work, but very expensive. Customer service was great, the plumber that arrived was great. Services are very prices, and I will not use them again for this reason.
