It's no fun being old have having to pay for jobs that I could have done for less. Get your kids to learn a trade it pays better then college.

The rep that i worked with was wonderful he explained everything and he even went the extra mile and changed my smoke detectors...

I purchased a toilet which he installed. When I decided to get a countertop, as well, he came back the same afternoon & installed it. The bathroom looks like it's new!

Although pricey, the Morris Jenkins tech was fast, accurate and did a quality job.

We're very pleased with the professionalism of both 'Cody Buckaloo' and 'Tony Williams' from Morris Jenkins. These are two really courteous, respectful & trustworthy individuals. They both took the time to fully explain what the procedure would be & made it very easy for us to understand. For the past 20 Years we've lived in this home in Concord and knew we were in the Best hands, by going through Morris Jenkins for our gas, electric, & plumbing service. We are So Very Thankful for them sending us some great folks like 'Cody Buckaloo' and 'Tony Williams', to get the job done wright.

He was receptive to the conditions. Cooperative. Knowledgeable.Advising and practical regarding the conclusion and price.

Nice guy but too expensive! I agreed to the "free estimate," but that got increased AFTER he broke everything down and I had no choice but to let him complete the job at a higher cost.

Samuel (the tech) called ahead and was on time. With my busy schedule, that means a lot to me. He gave me an estimate for worst case and likely case, then started. When most of the pipe damage was o. The city side, he helped me get them out to finish and adjusted his charges fairly. Looks like Morris-Jenkins cares more about their reputation and long term customer relationships than making extra bucks on the scene. I'll call them every time.

They did excellent work but I thought they were somewhat expensive

They were quick and they got the job done!

We needed water pressure in an old house. They were there in 3 days to start total replacement of all plumbing in this old house. Took longer than expected but Chris was right there making sure all projects were completed and finished and cleaned up. Thank you Morris-Jenkins.
