A little pricey but they came right out when i needed them on a Sunday .

The Morris Jenkins rep came within 5 minutes of appointed time. Told us it would cost $400 to $500 for him to clear the blockage but because of where it was in the yard - between house & street - we could have the city come do it for free. We called the city who came within an hour & did clear it for free. He saved us a bundle. All we had to pay was the $90 service call charge.

While they are not the cheapest, I am a believer in you get what you pay for. And with M-J, I got excellent customer service and responsiveness and a job that was done well. I had them also replace my first floor HVAC system.

A little high in price but a good quality of work.

The crew from Morris- Jenkins did a great job replacing our water main from the house to the meter.

No waiting time for service, Plummer was very neat and clean the area.

The TV advertisements for this company are accurate.

The repairman arrived on time and gave excellent service.

Expensive service call

I just needed an inspection to look and see if i had any leaks. I was told that i did not have a leak in the house but my pipes under the house were old and rusting with some pin hole leaks. I was quoted a price of $10,000.00 to repipe my whole house. This is a small under a 1000 sq ft with one bathroom. I think this price is high. I requested a price to just repair the pin hole leaks but i have not received an answer yet.

Just fyi, their customer service specialist told me that they don't accept home warranty policies.

Great experience

They are always available but the pricing is way out of line. They take advantage of emergency situations. They do great work but you will pay dearly for it.

Very professional and knowledgeable. We had them install a split Heat Pump system for one large room. We plan to have them install a second unit very shortly. Inspector also rated them very highly

They were very prompt with evaluating the water possible leak on the main line. The were also prompt with installing the new line. But it took two weeks after and three phone calls for the contractor to follow up on repairing the minor yard damage with the ruts that were left, due to the wet ground. However, the contractor eventually showed up and fixed the issue.

Chris was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. He did not pressure or up-sell, he gave options and solutions and did a great job! Thanks Morris-Jenkins

Rates are high but good customer service.

Paid $600 for 2 hours of work. Seems excessive, although the work and customer experience is excellent. Unfortunately, this company was the only bidder for my job at Home Advisor.

On time, professional and completed job quickly. Very nice and polite.
