Good pricing and great service!

A thorough inspection was completed to determine the cause of our water pressure problem. It was determined that the water line from the street to our house was leaking. A work crew arrived early two days later to fix the leak. The trench for the waterline measured 16 inches deep, 4 inches below the frost line, which guarantees no freezing in the pipeline. The workmen were very friendly and professional, and all work was completed as scheduled. Upon completion of the pipe installation, the trench was recovered with dirt, grass seed planted and covered and straw. Our yard was left looking neat. We are very pleased with the job completed, and our water leak and pressure problems were solved.

We have a bathroom faucet that drips occasionally and is probably just water calcium buildup. It is also a Moen faucet. He came in, looked at it and said he would work up a plan we could choose from for the repair. when I mentioned it was just something small, he didn't seem interested in my opinion. Went out, came back and said it would be $236. to replace the parts in the faucet or $478 for a new one (it is only a year old). Moen faucets are guaranteed for life against drips or leaks and Moen will send you a new part, a fact he never mentioned to us. I guess he figured we are a retired couple and didn't know anything. We paid him for the service call and said "no thank you". I do not like to be taken advantage of.

Samuel came and thoroughly inspected everything and recommended a fix but did not guarantee that it would help due to something that he had no control over. Did not charge me for the minor fix and just charged the fee for them to come out and take a look. Highly recommend Morris-Jenkins.

Buyer beware. Their fixed price for repair services is abusive. We have no idea how long jobs should take so when we agreed to their $453 quote for "stage 5" repair we expected it to be a material effort. 30 minutes later the job was done and they had the gall to charge the $89 diagnostic fee as well. We appealed to management and were basically told "that's how we do it ". Never use them again.

They came the next day and the plumber Bryant Starnes was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. I will recommend Morris-Jenkins and I praise quality of the people who work there.

They damaged my siding after going around and around they replaced.

The job was very generous, the technician was outstanding but the cost was a bit over the top.

I feel they are expensive for what I received. After inspection it was found that I had a hose in laundry room that leaked. Matt quickly fixed the problem.

We had repeated issues with Furnace re-setting breaker. MJ was able to sched us a same day service on Weekend (Sat) for no extra charge. The tech was EXTREMELY knowledgeable promptly diagnosed issue as starter and replaced for us. Great Job! Our home warranty company AHS gave us no options for Weekend service.

Morris-Jenkins came right on time. The rep. (Mr Valentine) analyzed the situation quickly and explained things in terms that were easy for us to understand. He presented various options to remedy the situation and we reviewed all options and came to an agreement on the path forward. He quickly fixed our problem and we were back in action. Touché!

Great attitude, prompt, efficient, provided advice and background on type of issues we were having, no pushy sales effort (no sales effort, pushy or otherwise). Plumber clearly knew his stuff and explained he is a licensed master plumber and there are numerous master plumbers working at his firm.

Do unneeded work. Extremely high prices. Techs that work there are pressured to upsell everything to customer. They’ll tell you things are broken when they are not.

They were friendly and had good customer service, but were not very helpful with our situation. We went with Morris Jenkins because we thought they could help with our issue that we weren?t sure was plumbing or heating/cooling and knew they did both. It cost over $200 to put a hole in the ceiling and then not resolve the issue. The person sent out was just a plumber and then they had to send someone else out to look at cooling system, for more money. We didn?t have them send anyone else out because we didn?t want to have to spend more money with no answers known.

The technician was knowledgeable in what had to be done to repair the leaking plumbing trap and washer/dryer faucets. He was personable and professional.

I had a leaking main valve into my house. I used home advisor to find a plumber and they suggested Morris_Jenkins who I called on Saturday. Set up an appointment for Sunday New Years Eve between 10-12. Larry the service rep called at 9:45 and arrived at 10:15. Looked at my problem and replaced the main valve and was done about 11:30. Larry was very friendly, yet professional in his dealings with us. I would recommend this company every time

Love the fact Shani was able to text me in order to provide pricing and timeframe (voicemail is so old school!). Matt our installation expert was phenomenal; he had the same Ecobee thermostat in his house and was giving pointers during the install. Great customer service; thanks Shani and Matt!

They are fast and very knowledgeable. Got our water heater installed with all required code upgrades the same day as the lead man came for an estimate, and in less than time than we were initially told. Pricing seemed high, but the work and equipment is top notch. Recommended.
