A little pricey, the tech. was very knowledgeable about what he was doing.

I hired Morris-Jenkins to perform multiple plumbing jobs. Their estimate representative was very professional and walked me through the costs and work in details. The crew showed up a few days later, dispersed, and went to work. The work was top notch and their specialist were very professional. I will definitely hire again, if needed.

I am a prioity member with Morris Jenkins, so by hiring them I was able to get a lower rate. I was also very impressed that the technician who came out discovered my toilet was working well and did not push any other services on me. He did make a recommendation that I needed a new toilet, but that will come in my time. Morris Jenkis has always be fair to me.

The guys were extremely knowledgeable and did a great job installing a new tub and surround in our guest bathroom. They even upgraded the faucet and trim for us. It looks great!!

Great company. Obviously very large and put together. However prices were 2x what they were for other pros and MJ would only do 1/2 the work required to complete the job

The installation was excellent. However, the salesman started at about 40% above the price that we finally settled on. They finally came down to prices closer to their competitors, although the salesman did seem much more knowledgeable than the competition.

Very happy with pro. Our plumber did an excellent job, when he was available. Our pipes burst when many others did too, so it was a busy period. Price was reasonable for work completed. Very satisfied and would recommend to a friend.

GREAT! STILL WORKING WITH COMPANY TO INSTALL TOILET.

I contacted them at 09:00 AM on a Saturday to repair/replace a leaking toilet in my rental property. Their plumber, Jerry Watts, was on the scene by 02:30 PM that day. He scoped the issue, made recommendations (mentioning related but not-urgent needs) and performed the necessary replacement in less than three (3) hours. Mr. Watts and the office staff were very personable and professional.

Our service technician, Larry, was great. He was informative and professional. I was working on a separate project having to do with plumbing and asked for his advice and he even helped me with suggestions for that. I really felt that he went above and beyond his technical job. He was a great guy and fantastic to deal with.

Very expensive and wasn't able to get the hot water going again.
